Du är den som ser förändringarna komma – och hjälper oss att ligga steget före. Du arbetar nära drift, ledning och våra stödfunktioner och har personalansvar för en erfaren och självgående medarbetare. Du blir också en viktig del av vårt växande nordiska samarbete med Finland, där vi tillsammans bygger gemensamma arbetssätt och standarder för att nå våra mål. Du är medlem i både Operation och People and Operational Excellence ledningsgrupp. Dina ansvarsområden – i korthet Leda och utveckla Luoteas arbete inom kvalitet, miljö och arbetsmiljö Vidareutveckla vårt etablerade ledningssystem och säkerställa efterlevnad Säkerställa att driften arbetar enligt våra processer och rutiner Bevaka, tolka och implementera nya lagar, regler och myndighetskrav Genomföra interna och externa revisioner Leda arbetet med avvikelser, analyser och förbättringsåtgärder Säkerställa att utbildningar genomförs och att kunskapen hålls levande Delta i uppstart av nya affärer och säkerställa KMA‑leverans Driva miljöarbetet, exempelvis inom utsläppsminskning och kemikaliehantering Stärka och leda säkerhetskulturen i organisationen – med fokus på hälsa, trygghet och noll olyckor Bidra till gemensamma nordiska arbetssätt tillsammans med Finland Om dig Du är trygg i din kompetens och har arbetat med KMA‑frågor i flera år. Du är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och van att skapa ordning och tydlighet. Du är van vid ett högt tempo och att kontinuerligt prioritera dina arbetsuppgifter. Du är kommunikativ, nyfiken och modig nog att utmana gamla arbetssätt – alltid med respekt, fakta och omtanke som grund. Du trivs i en roll där du får både tänka och göra. Där du får vara nära verksamheten, men också bidra till den långsiktiga riktningen. För att lyckas i rollen har du Minst 5 års erfarenhet av KMA‑arbete Mycket goda kunskap om ISO 9001, 14001 och 45001 Erfarenhet av ledningssystem och revision Erfarenhet av lagbevakning och implementering av nya krav God svenska och engelska i tal och skrift B‑körkort Meriterande Erfarenhet från fastighet, FM eller lokalvård Erfarenhet av kemikaliehanteringssystem eller arbetsmiljösystem Om Luotea Vi arbetar med offentliga och kommersiella fastighetsägare över hela landet och vill ligga i framkant inom Facility Management. Your new role As our HSEQ Lead, you will play a key role in strengthening Ramboll’s safety culture and quality focus in Sweden. You will lead the local implementation of the global HSEQ Buildings strategy and will act as a sparring partner to senior managers in Sweden on all aspects of HSEQ management. In addition, you will collaborate with peers across other geographies and contribute to the Global Buildings HSEQ network, sharing best practices and supporting ongoing development. In this role, you will also play an active role in supporting project delivery teams, acting as a trusted HSEQ advisor and contributing with your specialist knowledge to the successful delivery of key client projects. Your key responsibilities will be: Ensuring implementation of Ramboll’s HSEQ management system, in compliance with local regulations. Audit management and non-conformities handling to ensure safety and quality of project delivery. Follow up project-related work observation reports, and investigation of project-related near misses and incidents. Evaluating, analysing and reporting on HSEQ KPIs. Actively contribute to continuous improvements of Ramboll’s systems. Provide HSEQ support in client projects, including serving as the dedicated HSEQ Lead on large, strategically important projects. Location is preferably in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö but Ramboll has offices in other parts of the country as well, and we are open to considering applications from those locations. At times some travel to other offices in the country may be required. About you Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. related to the Built Environment, Health and Safety, Construction Management or similar). Experience of HSEQ in buildings and/or construction engineering projects. Experience of management systems and good understanding of local legislation. Experience of investigation and root cause analysis of near misses and incidents. Good communication skills, both writing and verbally, in Swedish and English.
