Som Fönsterputsare på Hemfrid har du en viktig roll - att ge dina kunder bästa service. Du arbetar både självständigt och i team. Uppdraget innebär att du kommer att få putsa olika typer av fönster i lägenheter och hus.
Fönsterputsning hos privata kunder
Fönsterputsning av inglasade balkonger och andra glaspartier kan förekomma
Självständigt arbete ute hos kund och vid större uppdrag arbete ihop med kollegor
Vi ser att du har jobbat med något praktiskt tidigare. Som Fönsterputsare söker vi dig som tycker om att arbeta självständigt och som drivs av kvalitet och nöjda kunder. Du ska även vara öppen för att arbeta tillsammans med kollegor, vilket förekommer vid större uppdrag. Att vara noggrann och punktlig är viktigt för dig. Du behöver även vara engagerad och ha en positiv attityd. Självklart skall du även brinna för kundservice, precis som vi gör!
Har jobbat med något praktiskt tidigare.
Talar och förstår grundläggande svenska eller engelska
Kan arbeta flexibla arbetstider måndag-fredag, även helgjobb kan förekomma
Har B körkort eller EU-körkort
Har tillgång till egen bil
Har erfarenhet från ett serviceyrke, flytt eller hemstädning sedan tidigare
Har gått fönsterputs-utbildning eller kurs
Genomföra ett arbetsprov i fönsterputsning

Your work assignments
As a Window cleaner at Hemfrid you have an important role - to give your customers the best service. You work independently and have your own customers with a great responsibility.
Window cleaning at private customers' homes
Window cleaning of glazed balconies and other glass section may occur
Independent work at customers' homes and for larger households you will work in a team
Your profile
We are looking for colleagues who like to work in different settings, both independently and in teams. You’ve done some hands-on work before. Further, you need to be responsible and punctual, you also need to be dedicated to your job and have a positive attitude. Of course you should also be passionate about customer service, just like we are!
Have done some hands-on work before.
Speak and understand basic Swedish or English
Can work flexible working hours Monday-Friday, work on weekends may occur
Have previous experience from any service profession, moving assignments or home cleaning
Have a window cleaning education
Have access to own car
Have a swedish driving license or EU driving license

About the Role We have opportunities for Junior Quantity Surveyors at all levels to join the team on a major data centre project in Skelleftea Sweden.. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all costs and value for the project (or project elements) for which they are responsible. Key to success in these roles will be the ability to work with team members to procure subcontract packages and other critical elements of the works. About You You will bring experience of managing multiple subcontract packages and also collaborating with client representatives to successfully deliver on business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, is solutions-focused, and values clear communication. Key Responsibilities Work with the senior project team to procure subcontract packages and other critical elements of the works. Generating quantified work packages, ITTs and budgets from technical documents. Analysis & presentation of tender returns. Preparation and agreement of subcontract documents. Commercial management of multiple subcontract packages from order through to final account, monthly payments, variation and claims management. Continuous monitoring of costs and financial entitlement on the packages / projects under your control. Active engagement with clients, subcontractors, designers and internal team members. Submission of contractually compliant commercial documentation. Development, submission and agreement of external valuations. Negotiation and agreement of variations, omissions and final accounts with subcontractors and clients in a timely and professional manner. Regular cost / value and cash flow reporting. Pro-actively work to resolve conflicts where possible. Supervision and development of junior members of the commercial team. Requirements Relevant degree, typically with 2+ years’ relevant experience. Strong technical understanding of building construction and processes. Familiarity with various methods of measurement. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent budgeting and financial forecasting skills. Familiarity with Buildsoft, CostX or similar is advantageous. Data Centre experience is advantageous.
