Som Junior Technical Manager kommer du att spela en central roll i att driva värdeskapande i Cavendos fastighetsportfölj genom att arbeta integrerat med våra Technical Managers och säkerställa att administrativa, operativa och samordnande uppgifter inom fastighetsägaransvar, myndighetskrav, underhåll, uppföljning och rapportering utförs effektiv.
Rollen är även tänkt som en utvecklingsplattform för framtida tekniska chefer inom organisationen, med möjlighet att successivt ta större ansvar inom investering, upphandling och strategisk teknisk förvaltning. Cavendos organisation karakteriseras av affärsmässighet och korta beslutsvägar. Tjänsten är placerad i Stockholm.
Din roll som Junior Technical Manager
Du arbetar övergripande med vårt fastighetsbestånd – inte fastighetsbundet – med ett helhetsansvar att administrativa, operativa och samordnande uppgifter utförs med hög kvalitet och enhetlighet i hela beståndet i Stockholm.
Rollen kräver att du driver parallella processer och projekt inom allt från myndighetskrav och avtalsadministration till energiuppföljning och projektöverlämningar samtidigt som du skapar struktur och ordning. Du är länken mellan tekniska chefer, konsulter, myndigheter och interna intressenter.
Du rapporterar till Asset Manager och arbetar nära Technical Managers i det dagliga arbetet. Tillsammans utgör ni ett sammansvetsat förvaltningsteam där din insats är avgörande för att teamet ska kunna fokusera på långsiktig utveckling, driftnettooptimering och värdeskapande.
Koordinera myndighetsbesiktningar, kontroller och systematiskt brandskyddsarbete (SBA).
Administrera avtal, upphandlingar och leverantörsuppföljning.
Vara kontaktpunkt mot driftentreprenörer och tekniska konsulter.
Ansvara för datainsamling, rapportering och kvalitetssäkring i förvaltnings- och energisystem.
Förbereda och kvalitetssäkra underlag till OPEX-, energi- och hållbarhetsrapporter.
Driva administrativ och analytisk uppföljning av OPEX och CAPEX-budgetering samt stödja centraliserade upphandlingar.
Säkerställa överlämning från bygg- och teknikprojekt till förvaltning: dokumentation, garantihantering och slutbesiktningar.
Delta i utvecklingen av processer, mallar och rutiner för teknisk förvaltning.
Vi söker dig som trivs med att skapa struktur i komplexa flöden och som tar lika stort ansvar för detaljerna som för helheten. Du är självgående, analytisk och prestigelös och tar dig an administrativa uppgifter och strategiska frågor med samma engagemang och noggrannhet.
Du har ett naturligt driv att förbättra och effektivisera arbetsflöden och du trivs i en miljö där tempot är högt och ingen dag är den andra lik. Du kommunicerar obehindrat med såväl entreprenörer och myndigheter som med kollegor internt, och du bygger snabbt förtroende genom ditt strukturerade arbetssätt och leveransfokus.
Rollen passar dig som är ambitiös och utvecklingsorienterad och som på sikt har potential och vilja att växa in i rollen som Technical Manager.
Högskoleutbildning inom fastighet, bygg eller teknik.
Minst 2 års erfarenhet av teknisk- eller byggprojektadministration eller driftkoordinering
Stark analytisk förmåga och intresse för sambandet mellan teknik, ekonomi och affärsvärde.
God ekonomisk förståelse och intresse för budgetuppföljning och investeringsplanering.
Strukturerad, noggrann och lösningsorienterad med förmåga att hantera och driva parallella processer.
Goda kunskaper i MS Office-paketet.
Flytande i svenska och engelska.
B-körkort
Erfarenhet av fastighetssystem, energiuppföljningsverktyg och leverantörsportaler är meriterande.

The Senior Engineer of Material Development will lead the evaluation, analysis, and optimization of Li battery cells and related materials. This role involves providing technical leadership, guiding junior engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of evaluation activities that support both R&D and commercial cell development. The position requires a deep understanding of material behaviour, electrochemical performance, and cell integration to drive continuous improvement in product performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities Overall areas of responsibilities and activities Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Lead and oversee material and cell-level evaluation activities, including electrochemical performance testing, material characterization, and failure analysis. Develop and refine evaluation methodologies, standard test protocols, and data analysis frameworks to ensure consistency and technical rigor. Interpret complex analytical and electrochemical data to identify key performance drivers and recommend technical improvements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and assist in the prioritization and execution of project tasks. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—cell design, process engineering, and quality assurance—to align evaluation results with design and manufacturing objectives. Manage multiple evaluation tasks or projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results and documentation. Contribute to long-term strategy and roadmap development by identifying material or process-related risks and opportunities for improvement. Communicate findings effectively to management and R&D stakeholders through reports, reviews, and technical presentations. Stay updated on advancements in Li battery technology, materials science, and analytical techniques, and apply relevant insights to ongoing projects. Requirements Educational background and previous experience required for the role Qualifications and Experience BSc or higher degrees in Chemical/Material/Electrical Engineering, and Chemistry. Extensive experience in Li battery evaluation, materials analysis, or related R&D areas. Preferably 5+ years industrial experience. Proven expertise in electrochemical analysis, material characterization, and data-driven problem solving. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multi-functional teams. Capable of translating analytical findings into actionable engineering insights and project recommendations. High level of self-direction, accountability, and technical judgment in complex problem-solving scenarios. Specific skills Advanced analytical capability in using EIS, GITT, GCPL, and high-precision cycling methods. Experience with material analysis tools (SEM/EDS, XPS, ICP, TGA/DSC). Ability to design experiments and establish evaluation protocols. Strong statistical and data interpretation skills for performance trend analysis.
