Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar:

Operativ drift: Du är aktivt närvarande i den dagliga driften och ser till att produktionen håller högsta kvalitet och effektivitet.
Arbetsledning: Du coachar och motiverar ditt team i det dagliga arbetet, med fokus på att upprätthålla standarder och god arbetsmiljö.
Samarbete: Du arbetar i nära samverkan med tre andra supervisors från hotellets övriga köksavdelningar för att säkerställa ett enhetligt och sömlöst flöde mellan våra olika mat- och dryckesenheter.
Kvalitetssäkring: Ansvar för att kökets rutiner, hygien och egenkontroll följs noggrant.

Vi letar efter dig som:

Har gedigen erfarenhet från köksdrift, gärna i en ledande roll eller som Sous Chef.
Är en naturlig ledare som trivs med att vara "på golvet" och stötta ditt team i vardagen.
Har god samarbetsförmåga och förstår vikten av att arbeta mot gemensamma mål tillsammans med andra avdelningar.
Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och behåller lugnet även under hög press.
Behärskar svenska och engelska obehindrat i tal och skrift.

Om tjänsten:

Rollen är en 100% tillsvidareanställning med fast månadslön enligt överenskommelse och kollektivavtal. Du rapporterar till Executive Chef.
