Vill du arbeta med några av verksamhetens mest säkerhetskritiska plattformar? Vi söker en Security Platform Specialist med fokus på Azure Managed HSM och Azure Key Vault. Du blir en del av ett specialistteam som ansvarar för plattformar och tjänster inom nyckelhantering, kryptografi och certifikat – områden med höga krav på säkerhet, tillgänglighet och regelefterlevnad. Rollen kombinerar operativt ansvar, problemlösning och teknisk utveckling. Du arbetar nära arkitekter, infrastrukturspecialister och säkerhetsteam för att säkerställa en stabil, säker och framtidssäkrad plattform för kryptografiska tjänster i Azure. På sikt kommer ansvarsområdet även att omfatta organisationens PKI-plattformar, vilket ger möjlighet att arbeta genom hela livscykeln för nyckelhantering, certifikat och kryptografiska lösningar. The Pacu Team is responsible for maintaining and developing business-critical case management applications used primarily by Customer Service. These applications support daily operational processes and are important for efficient customer case handling, stable service delivery, and a good user experience for internal users. The team is entering a period with a significant set of lifecycle management activities related to older applications. This includes modernization, technical debt reduction, platform upgrades, and remediation of lifecycle and security-related risks. In parallel, the team will contribute to building a new modern user interface to support the KYC process within the case management area. The two consultant roles are intended to strengthen the team in complementary areas: one with a stronger focus on LCM activities combined with Angular/frontend guidance and capability building, and one with a stronger focus on legacy modernization, lifecycle management (LCM), and technical risk reduction. Both consultants are expected to work as integrated team members, contribute across shared priorities, and support the team's ambition to increase the use of AI-assisted development in everyday engineering work. Assignment Context: Team mission: Enable high-quality and efficient case processing across customer channels by providing flexible, scalable, and cost-effective case and process management solutions with strong focus on user experience, test automation, and continuous improvement. Main user group and stakeholder: Customer Service. Business area: Case management, including support for the KYC process. Key delivery focus: Lifecycle management of older applications combined with upcoming modern user interface development. Team capability need: Strengthening frontend competence, especially around Angular, through hands-on collaboration and knowledge sharing. Engineering direction: Increased use of AI-assisted development, modern engineering practices, and movement towards trunk-based development. Primary focus: This profile should take a stronger role in lifecycle management (LCM) and modernization of older applications. The assignment includes reducing technical debt, addressing lifecycle and security-related risks, supporting platform upgrades, and helping ensure that business-critical applications remain stable, maintainable, and compliant. Required competencies Strong backend development experience with enterprise applications, system integrations, and business-critical systems. Solid experience with .NET/C#, databases, APIs, and application maintenance. Experience working with legacy systems, including troubleshooting, modernization, technical debt reduction, and long-term maintainability. Experience planning and executing migrations from older .NET Framework/.NET Core versions to supported and modern .NET platforms. Hands-on experience migrating development platforms and CI/CD pipelines from Azure DevOps to GitHub/GitHub Actions, including repository setup, workflow conversion, build and deployment validation, troubleshooting, and post-migration stabilization. Ability to identify and address outdated components, unsupported frameworks, security vulnerabilities, and other lifecycle-related risks. Skills: Preferred competencies Experience with Windows Server migrations and related application remediation activities. Familiarity with software lifecycle management, dependency management, application modernization, DevSecOps, and cloud-native platforms such as Kubernetes. Experience from regulated environments, case management, KYC, life and pension insurance, insurance administration, or similar process-heavy domains. Modern Engineering Practices Strong interest in modern software engineering practices and continuous improvement. Experience with automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and quality-focused development. Experience from teams adopting or moving towards trunk-based development, with small frequent integrations and fast feedback loops.
