I gränslandet mellan butik, deli och restaurang testar vi nya idéer, råvaror och upplevelser tillsammans med partners och branschkollegor. Vi driver utvecklingen mot en mer hållbar, godare och roligare matkultur i Stockholm och vidare ut i världen.
Vi finns på Nytorget, Sveavägen och i Hagastaden och är omkring 300 kollegor. Urban Deli är en del av Axfood-koncernen och har ett tydligt uppdrag: att accelerera resan mot prisvärd, bra och hållbar mat.

På Urban Deli Sveavägen ingår även ett hotell med drygt 100 hotellrum. Som hotellreceptionist här i är du en central del av helhetsupplevelsen för våra gäster – från första intryck till avsked. Du arbetar i hjärtat av verksamheten och är ofta den första personen våra gäster möter.
I rollen ansvarar du för att välkomna gäster, hantera in- och utcheckning samt svara på frågor och hjälpa till med bokningar och förfrågningar. Du säkerställer att vistelsen flyter smidigt och att varje gäst känner sig sedd och omhändertagen.
Arbetet innebär även administrativa uppgifter kopplade till bokningssystem, betalningar och daglig drift i hotellreceptionen. Du samarbetar tätt med kollegor i andra delar av verksamheten för att skapa en sömlös och minnesvärd upplevelse. Du förväntas även hjälpa till inom andra delar i restaurangen eller butiken om behov uppstår.
Du rapporterar till ansvarig chef och är en viktig del av teamet som tillsammans skapar den unika Urban Deli-känslan.
Vi söker dig som
Har minst 1 års erfarenhet från reception, hotell eller liknande serviceyrke
Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska
Gärna har kunskaper i fler språk (meriterande)
Har erfarenhet av bokningssystem/PMS, gärna Nitesoft (meriterande)
Har ett genuint intresse för service, människor och upplevelser
Är positiv, lösningsorienterad och trivs i en dynamisk miljö
Är noggrann, ansvarstagande och har lätt för att samarbeta
Behåller lugnet och professionalismen även i ett högt tempo
Möjligheten att påverka och utveckla Urban Deli vidare – på riktigt

About You & The Role This role is for a Sous Chef who takes pride in doing things properly and building strong results over time. You will work in a structured, high-volume kitchen with clear standards. The days are busy and demanding, and the rhythm can be intense, but the satisfaction comes from keeping the kitchen running smoothly, supporting the team, and maintaining quality under pressure. Your impact is felt in how the service flows, how the team performs, and how standards are upheld every day. Progress here doesn’t come from fast titles or constant change. It comes from consistency, feedback, and taking responsibility in the daily operation. Sous Chefs who do well enjoy being a steady presence in the kitchen, coaching others, solving problems during service, and taking real ownership of execution together with the Head Chef. Florentine is an more upscale trattoria than Basta, offering refined relaxed luxury experiences in glamorous settings inspired by 70’s italy. Trattoria Giorgio’s is a new multi-unit Italian concept launched in late 2025, this is our local neighborhood version of an Italian restaurant. The single unit is today located in Östermalm, Stockholm. Lola Maria, is our first Spanish concept, and is our love letter to the Andalusia region. The concept is focusing on social dining with tapas, quality wines and creative cocktails. In May 2026, we will also open our new concept Villa Valentina in Slussen, Stockholm.
