Partner Manager for Nordic Expansion within Cybersecurity!
Our client within Cyber Security are hiring a Nordic Partner Manager to join their Stockholm Office. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be a part of growing their partner acquisition and revenue expansion in the Nordic Market.
About the role
Our client is a fast-growing, innovative European cybersecurity SaaS company specializing in Vulnerability & exposure management. They help organizations globally to proactively discover, analyze, and eliminate security weaknesses across IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and human risk factors. With the implementation of the NIS2 Directive, strong cybersecurity is now mandatory across Europe and we are seeing a significant commercial shift as organizations, MSSPs, and partners increasingly prioritize EU-based solutions.
Our clients purpose is to remain the premier choice for MSSPs, and partners which is why we are recruiting a Partner Manager to scale the Partner Business Area across the Nordic market. As Partner Manager Nordics, you will take lead on identifying, engaging, grow and build partner relationships across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. You will own the full sales cycles, drive revenue growth by ensuring smooth partner integration and build strong partner and client relationships.
You will report directly to the Sales Director in Stockholm, working closely with internal teams across sales, product and service delivery.
Work tasks
In this role you will be operating as an autonomous market builder, you will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution. Beyond acquisition, you will drive revenue growth by ensuring smooth partner integration, scaling seat adoption, and expanding repeat deal volume.
By tailoring messaging to local market dynamics and regulatory needs, you will build deep, multi-level relationships while leveraging modern sales tools and CRM workflows to efficiently manage a high-volume pipeline.
You will among other things,
Strategic Partner Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard new top-tier MSSP and partners across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Drive the complete pipeline from initial prospecting and outreach to contract negotiation and signing.
Revenue & Channel Expansion: Accelerate service adoption, seat growth, and deal flow to build recurring, high-value revenue streams.
Partner Integration & Enablement: Ensure newly signed partners successfully integrate the platform into their portfolio and build strong multi-level relationships.
Market Positioning: Adapt and tailor the value proposition (Ease of Use & Business) to align with local Nordic market dynamics and NIS2 compliance needs.
High-Efficiency Execution: Utilize modern CRM tools and AI-driven workflows to autonomously manage a high-volume pipeline with minimal admin overhead.
We are looking for
We believe you are a hunter-driven, goal oriented and structured sales professional with an interest in cyber security and building strong partner and client relationships.
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Professional proficiency in English and Swedish
Proficiency in modern sales tools, CRM workflows, and AI-driven productivity methods
It is meritorious if you have
A growth track record within the Nordics with a documented history of scaling software adoption and driving measurable revenue expansion within the channel partner ecosystem (MSSP and partners)
Experience with Vulnerability & exposure management or cybersecurity integrations like SOC/SIEM
Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including regulations like NIS2 and GDPR as well as product suits like SOC/SIEM, EDR/XDR etc
Deep understanding of MSSP consumption-based pricing and multi-tenancy models
Knowledge of Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian
