During the internship, you will work side‑by‑side with our in‑house design teams and senior Print Designers who will play a key role in developing your skills and offer different training opportunities. You will have a network of support from experienced colleagues to accelerate your development.
You will experiment with new techniques, dive into trend research, and push boundaries in a fast‑paced environment where innovation is the norm. From repeat patterns to placement prints, you'll contribute to collections that define trends and connect with our customers. We want you to bring your ideas to the table – identifying the latest print trends and translating them into designs that resonate with our target customer.
You'll be involved in the full design process, assisting in the creation of both commercially viable prints and pushing boundaries with fresh, innovative concepts.
Working alongside our Print Designers to design and develop commercial fashion collections for our global customers
Designing with a variety of software including Adobe Creative Suite, 3D CLO, Shima and more.
Working with materials, color libraries, trims, and prints
Learn about our design process and working methods of H&M.
Learn how to translate trend vision into commercial prints, products, and collections.
Collaborate with an experienced design team.
Communication skills in a multicultural work environment.
To be successful as a Print Design Intern, we believe that you are:
Newly graduated Print Designers or Graphic Designers

This is a 6-month full-time internship located at our Head Office in Stockholm.
The internship starts approximately 1 September – end of February.

WHAT YOU WILL DO As Print & Textile Designer, your main contribution will be to drive the development of innovative and brand-aligned print and textile expressions that strengthen the visual identity of each collection. You will report to the Head of Print & Textile Design. You will play a vital role in shaping distinctive and commercially relevant collections by: Researching and developing new print ideas, techniques, and visual directions Creating original artwork and colorways across print, jacquard, and intarsia Adapting artworks to different textile processes and production requirements Finalizing designs, including repeats, all-over patterns, and placement prints Preparing clear and accurate technical packs for supplier handover Maintaining seasonal overviews, as well as inspiration and collection boards Collaborating closely across design, product development, and production teams to ensure alignment WHO YOU ARE You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. Minimum BA qualification in Fashion Textile/Print or Graphic Design A minimum of 3-5 year’s industry experience as a Fashion Graphic/Print Designer Experience of creating all over repeat, placement prints, checks, stripes, florals, conversationals etc. Knowledge of different print techniques, general print technicalities and processes Excellent illustration and drawing skills Genuine and high-level fashion forward sense for global fashion trends and its print trends Strong eye for colors and garment-print connection Solid and fast skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs 3D CLO work experience is meriting Strong communication and organizational skills and flexible approach Fluent in English (Swedish is not necessary) Experience from Womanswear and/or Womanswear within underwear, nightwear or swimwear is meriting. YOUR MISSION AT VOI We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our Tender team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll support our Senior Designer and the Commercial team by creating clear, engaging visual communication across print and digital – this is a graphic design role, not UX. You’ll help produce high‑quality assets for both internal and external use, from tenders and presentations to marketing campaigns and social media content. This will include: Owning parts of the design and layout of tender documents and commercial proposals, ensuring clarity, quality and visual impact. Creating and refining Google Slides presentations in line with brand guidelines and commercial objectives. Developing and delivering visual assets for marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Producing high‑quality print and digital materials (e.g. stickers, hangers, brochures, social media graphics) with a strong focus on consistency and craft. Collaborating closely with the Commercial team to ensure all materials are visually aligned with the brand identity and support business goals. Contributing ideas and constructive feedback in creative sessions and team discussions. Taking ownership of day‑to‑day graphic design initiatives, supporting team priorities and suggesting improvements. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a collaborative designer with strong visual skills, a structured way of working and an interest in clear, accessible communication. You enjoy working with others, managing several projects at once, and delivering well‑crafted work. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator,), Figma and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Solid understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography and colour theory. A portfolio showcasing your work in branding, marketing or visual design (longer‑form documents and/or presentations is a plus). Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail.
