As a product designer, you play a key role in turning product innovation into a user-friendly experience supporting customers' pains and our company's objectives simultaneously. You will participate in the end-to-end product development process and run several initiatives in parallel. You will have a high degree of freedom when shaping the user experience for some of the world's most famous brands to accelerate their online marketing. Some of your responsibilities will include Champion User-Centric Design: Drive our design direction by ensuring users remain at the heart of every decision. Use user research and data insights to prioritize customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions. Understand the Business Impact: Develop a deep understanding of our business model and ensure that design decisions are informed by and contribute to broader business objectives. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across tech, product, and other relevant stakeholders to address complex UX and UI challenges with elegant, innovative solutions. Communicate Design Ideas Effectively: Share your vision through high-quality concepts and prototypes. Recognize when pixel-perfect details are needed and when quick, low-fidelity sketches can effectively convey ideas. Support Development Implementation: Provide developers with detailed and clear design specifications to ensure your vision is translated into a seamless user experience. Tracking: Set routines for tracking and optimization of implemented features and solution Efficient WoW: Take ownership of identifying efficient way of working, challenging the status quo So, what are we looking for? We are looking for someone with the following criteria: 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, balancing user needs with business goals and hands-on experience in user research. A portfolio showcasing user-centered designs with a strong focus on complex product challenges (ideally, in B2B/SaaS). You feel comfortable using your toolbox of design methodologies and are interested in industry trends and best practices that can enhance our products and processes. You are interested in trying out and using new technologies, including AI products, in your daily work. Excellent communication skills, both in presenting ideas and giving/receiving feedback. You have a problem-solving and commercial mindset that thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. It’s a bonus if you have experience within the digital advertising landscape. About the role As a Product Designer in Kivra's Payments team your job will be to ensure a holistic, human-centric approach to product development, shaping the domain UX/CX strategy, and coordinating design work. Payments is a strategic area of high importance for Kivra and we are investing to take a leading position. Part of this role is to lead all aspects of the design process, from exploration to launch, ensuring an insight-driven approach, and following Kivra’s Design System. As a Product Designer in Payments you will also: * Scope, design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research and testing * Partner with other cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals * Contribute to shaping our people-first design culture and processes We strongly believe that working in autonomous cross-functional teams is the best way to develop products. You will be at the very heart of that process. Together with the teams you will be responsible to deeply understand the needs of our users and customers and bring our visions to life, by collaborating cross-functionally with product owners, designers, developers, sales, and our partners, throughout the entire creative and development process. As a Product Designer you will be working together with the two product teams in the Payments Domain and report to the Product Manager. At Kivra we value great attitude. It’s as simple as that! About you * You have 5+ experience as UX/Product designer. * You have a Master’s degree in design or other relevant education. * You have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX research, strategy, and design. * You have a broad understanding of people-centric methods and proficiency in design tools. * You have excellent project management skills. Moreover, we believe that you * Are a strong communicator who can effectively share design decisions to leadership, across the organization, and to relevant external stakeholders. * Thrive in an environment where transparent communication and short feedback loops are encouraged. * You have solid knowledge of accessibility principles and are familiar with WCAG guidelines to ensure inclusive and user-friendly design. * Have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. * Have the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse professionals within and across product teams, skill teams, and departments. * Are a team player, just like us! Du bygger förtroende hos olika intressenter och är van att navigera mellan användarbehov, affärsmål och tekniska förutsättningar för att driva produkten framåt. Erfarenhet av fintech eller finansiella tjänster är meriterande, men inget krav. Nyfikenhet på komplexa domäner väger tyngre.
