In this role as a Product Developer you’ll play an important part in shaping the H&M Kids boy 3-8 years basic jersey assortment. You will define and execute both short and ‑longterm strategies for your category, ensuring alignment with our overall assortment goals. Leveraging your fashion intelligence, salesmanship and commercial insight, you’ll drive seasonal keys and act on emerging trends. You will continuously refine our product and component‑ strategy to drive growth and profitability.
In this position you will drive initiatives forward, ensuring seamless execution and effective crossteam collaboration in a ‑fastpaced environment. You’ll work closely with a talented team including a product manager, planner, designer‑ and pattern makers, as well as collaborating with the production team. With your strong passion for product and fashion, you will be essential in creating worldclass‑ products that resonate with our customers.
You will report to Assortment Manager for Kids Collection Boys.
Qualifications
Experience from a similar role as Product Developer for garments, shoes or accessories or minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Junior Product Developer role.
Proven track record in creating strong and commercially relevant products, with excellent fashion sense
A keen eye for current fashion trends and strong fashion intelligence
A deep passion for products and product development
Extensive material knowledge
Driven, structured and proactive in taking initiative
Strong salesmanship and results‑oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills
A collaborative team player with a flexible attitude

Job Description As a Footwear Technologist for H&M Kids, you develop and improve kids’ footwear with a focus on fit, quality and safety. You work closely with Designers, Product Developers, the Production team, and Suppliers to develop and secure the best fit and quality for our customers.
