Product Manager Arbit

We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of one of our products, Arbit. Arbit simplifies and automates

insurance workflows, helping companies manage end-to-end claims processes, including auto glass & pet insurance, more efficiently

and with significant administrative savings.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our flagship product, ensuring it evolves in line with changing

customer needs, business priorities, and industry trends.

You’ll be a part of a cross-functional product team, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to discover and

solve meaningful problems in ways that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. But also deliver solutions that create real

value. This is not just a feature request fulfillment role, your mission is to help us solve the right problems, in the right

ways, through modern product practices.

• Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end claims processes across our two verticals through qualitative and quantitative

research

• Take full ownership of the existing product, ensuring it is continuously maintained, improved, and evolves to meet customer and

business needs.

• Lead continuous product discovery with engineering and design to validate customer problems and solution hypotheses before

development.

This is a role that blends strategic thinking and hands-on execution, by driving business challenges and breaking them down into

technical solutions.

• Proven ability to collaborate in a product trio (PM, engineers, designers) to run discovery, test assumptions, and deliver

valuable product outcomes

• A desire to help drive our transition toward modern product development, contributing to both product success and

organizational maturity

Wisentic is a SaaS scale-up with more than 30 years of experience in the auto, pet and health claims space. We have proven

products and are now expanding into new markets while continuously improving our delivery and experience.

Wisentic makes it easier and smoother and perhaps a little more fun for insurance companies to manage their administrative

processes. We help our customers save time and money by automating and improving workflows, making life easier for them and their

customers.

As the insurance industry is digitized and demands smarter solutions, we are at the forefront of innovative technology to

streamline everything from invoicing to insurance management. Our SaaS platforms are adapted to each customer’s needs, whether it

is large insurance companies or smaller players in the Nordic region and around Europe.

Our office is located at Körsbärsvägen 5 in Stockholm, near KTH (moving to new premises at Drottninggatan mid September 2026). We

have a flexible model where you can work from home but most work from the office 3-4 days a week.
