About the role  As the PMO/Operations Responsible for the business area Integration, you will be part of the management team responsible for an area experiencing rapid growth and carrying substantial strategic importance for W5 Solutions.  You will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and enforcing project management standards, governance, and best practices across the organization. Your responsibilities include: the overall progress reporting of the business area’s total project portfolio  setting up ways of working for progress reporting and resource planning   participate in project financial reporting together with our business controller    supporting the project managers on all our sites (Solna, Piteå and Helsinki)  Your role will be to ensure that the business area consistently meets its objectives concerning delivery capacity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This position requires close collaboration with our product area managers, our project managers, our business controller as well as contact with sales, supply chain and the engineering departments.  You will report to the Head of Business Area for Integration and will be an integral member of the management team within the business area.  Key Responsibilities  Lead and continuously develop the operational ways of working within the product area   Ensure high-quality project delivery and effective resource planning  Monitor KPIs and overall performance outcomes  Support and mentor key personnel across various roles  Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency  Contribute to business development efforts, tender processes, and strategic decision-making  Identify, assess, and manage risks while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and relevant regulations  The role is new and can therefore be adapted to some extent based on you, your experience and what motivates and drives you to succeed and reach your full potential. Om tjänsten Som Quality Assurance Controller blir du en nyckelperson i kvalitets- och produktionsorganisationen. Dina arbetsuppgifter Agera kravställare och bidra till den strategiska utvecklingen av företagets globala kvalitetsledningssystem (QMS). Planera, leda och genomföra strategiska kvalitetsrevisioner av interna processer samt kritiska leverantörer. Driva och utveckla CAPA-processer på en övergripande nivå samt identifiera och implementera långsiktiga förbättringsåtgärder. Coacha och stötta juniora kollegor samt utbilda verksamheten inom kvalitetsarbete och avancerade QA-processer. Representera företaget vid externa revisioner, myndighetsinspektioner och kundgranskningar. Om dig Du är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och har ett öga för detaljer. Du kommunicerar tydligt och trivs med att samarbeta över avdelningar för att nå gemensamma mål. Du arbetar systematiskt, prioriterar säkerhet och kvalitet och kan hantera flera uppgifter parallellt i ett högt tempo. Formell kompetens Relevant ingenjörsutbildning eller annan likvärdig teknisk eller akademisk examen. Minst 5–8 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av kvalificerat kvalitetsarbete (QA) inom reglerad industri, exempelvis försvars-, flyg-, rymd-, fordons- eller medicinteknisk industri. Djup kunskap om kvalitetsstandarden ISO 9001. Erfarenhet av AS9100, AQAP eller andra försvarsrelaterade kvalitetsstandarder. God förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på engelska (engelska är arbetsspråket), svenska förekommer i intern kommunikation. JOB DESCRIPTION Working as a Senior System Engineer within R&D Instrument at Moleculent, you will support the development of innovative products for research applications in a fast-growing R&D environment. You will focus on requirements management, system design coordination, change management, and configuration management, while also helping establish and improve scalable engineering processes as the organization grows. You will combine structured systems thinking with hands-on cross-functional collaboration across biochemistry, software, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Key responsibilities include: Define, structure, and maintain system and stakeholder requirements with clear traceability through design and verification Coordinate system-level architecture and design activities across biochemistry, software, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams Facilitate technical reviews to ensure alignment between requirements and implementation Establish and continuously improve requirements, change, and configuration management processes Manage engineering changes, conduct impact assessments, and maintain controlled product baselines Support system integration, verification, and product release activities QUALIFICATIONS To fit the role, you most likely hold a degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. You have experience in systems engineering within the development of life science instruments, laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, or similar technology-driven products. Fluent written and spoken English is required.
