As Research Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of consumer research quests - from defining the mission objectives to delivering insights that reshape strategy, campaigns, and brand positioning. You will be the owner of the research roadmap, ensuring every initiative is tightly aligned with business priorities and delivers meaningful impact across teams.
Working closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and external partners, you will translate player behavior into strategic intelligence that drives real-world decisions.
You’ll be part of a Brand & Marketing team that thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and deep understanding of players. Every project you lead will contribute to shaping experiences enjoyed by millions around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end consumer research quests: define objectives, manage external research partners, align stakeholders, and deliver clear, insight-driven reports and presentations
Own and evolve the research roadmap in alignment with brand and marketing strategy
Deliver actionable insights that inform campaigns, messaging, and strategic decisions across the organization
Lead long-term strategic research initiatives such as brand tracking, segmentation, and audience understanding
Act as the internal expert on audience segmentation frameworks, ensuring consistent and effective application across teams
Turn complex data and findings into narratives that are simple, compelling, and decision-ready

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in consumer research, insights, or market research, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience leading end-to-end research projects, including vendor management and stakeholder alignment.
Strong experience designing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Experience in gaming, entertainment, or digital consumer products.
Familiarity with tools such as SPSS, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
Meritorious: Agency experience.

You're a strong fit if you: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5-10 years of copywriting experience, including 5+ years in SEO-driven content creation. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with expertise in SEO and AEO. Experience creating and managing content within HubSpot. Experience working with Google Search Console, Semrush, and Ahrefs. Comfortable building reporting around KPIs and impact metrics.
