Are you motivated by owning a market and closing complex enterprise deals over time? At Evam, the role of Sales Executive focuses on building new business across the UK for mission-critical software used by police, ambulance, and fire & rescue services.
About the job
This is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is handled by Bravura, and you will be employed directly by Evam.
About the company
Evam is a Swedish software company building mission-critical mobile data solutions for public safety organisations. Their platform is used by police, ambulance, fire & rescue services, and other emergency responders to manage complex, time-critical operations in the field.

The company has a clear ambition to challenge a traditionally conservative industry with modern, cloud-native technology.

Tasks and responsibilities
As a Sales Executive – UK Market, your primary responsibility is to drive new enterprise sales across the UK, from first contact to signed contract. Sales processes are complex and long-term, typically running 6–24 months, and involve multiple senior stakeholders.
The role is based in Stockholm but requires regular travel to the UK (typically 1–2 trips per month) for on-site meetings, relationship-building, and key sales activities. Customers should experience you as a local and credible partner with a strong understanding of UK business culture.
Once a contract is signed, responsibility is handed over to Evam’s delivery organisation, allowing you to focus fully on sales.
Identify and pursue new customer opportunities across the UK public safety market
Build and develop relationships with senior decision-makers
Drive structured enterprise sales processes over long decision cycles
Lead opportunities from first dialogue to signed contract
Understand operational challenges and translate them into strong business cases
Education, experience and personal characteristics
5+ years of experience in complex B2B or B2G enterprise sales
Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals
Experience selling technically complex solutions (software, systems, or platforms)
Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s required; engineering preferred)
Native-level English with strong understanding of UK business culture, customer expectations, and decision-making processes
Proven experience building relationships with UK-based stakeholders and driving sales processes in the UK
This role suits you if you are driven by winning new business and closing complex deals, and if owning a market and leading long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders feels motivating rather than draining. You enjoy leading opportunities from first dialogue to signed contract and know how to maintain momentum over time.
You work in a structured and analytical way, are genuinely curious about both the customer’s operations and the solution you sell, and feel comfortable challenging customers when needed. Building trust through preparation, credibility, and well-reasoned arguments is a natural part of how you approach sales.
