Internationella Engelska Skolan Liljeholmen söker nu en engagerad och relationsskapande skolkurator för ett vikariat under läsåret 2026/2027.

Internationella Engelska Skolan Liljeholmen är en F–9-skola belägen i Midsommarkransen, med närhet till både tunnelbana och buss. Skolan startade 2014 och har idag cirka 1 200 elever och omkring 130 medarbetare. Våra elever representerar ett femtiotal olika modersmål och vår personalgrupp är internationell, vilket skapar en dynamisk och stimulerande arbetsmiljö.

Som skolkurator har du en central roll i skolans elevhälsoarbete. Du arbetar främst främjande och förebyggande för att stärka elevernas psykosociala hälsa, sociala utveckling och möjligheter att nå sina kunskapsmål. Samtidigt ansvarar du för riktade insatser på individ-, grupp- och organisationsnivå.
Du blir en viktig del av skolans elevhälsoteam tillsammans med skolledning, en kuratorskollega, skolsköterskor, specialpedagog, speciallärare, skolpsykolog och skolläkare. Du bidrar med den psykosociala kompetensen och arbetar nära både elever, vårdnadshavare och personal.
Hos IES finns dessutom en central elevhälsa där du får stöd av en samordnande kurator genom introduktion, kollegiala nätverk och kontinuerlig kompetensutveckling.

Beskrivning Som skolkurator arbetar du främst hälsofrämjande och förebyggande men även med åtgärdande insatser på grupp och individnivå med syfte att skapa en god miljö för elevers hälsa, lärande och utveckling. Du kommer ha regelbunden kontakt med elever, föräldrar, skolpersonal, stödorganisationer och myndigheter. Du arbetar genom olika typer av samtal, både enskilt och i grupp, och handleda och ge konsultation till skolpersonal samt vara ett stöd när kris och konflikter uppstår. Du deltar i nätverksmöten samt har en aktiv roll i planen mot diskriminering och kränkande behandling. Du ingår i skolans elevhälsoteam där du står för den psykosociala kompetensen. IES har en central elevhälsa där den samordnande kuratorn ingår. Den samordnande kuratorn introducerar nya kuratorer, bjuder in till olika träffar samt finns som stöd i det vardagliga arbetet. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har socionomexamen. Erfarenhet från arbete i skola och från socialtjänst för barn, unga och familj är meriterande. Du har kompetens i samtalsmetodik och erfarenhet av att använda olika typer av samtalsmodeller. Det är viktigt att att du både har förmåga att arbeta självständigt och samarbeta i team samt även god förmåga i samverkan med andra samhälleliga aktörer såsom socialtjänst och BUP. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid dina personliga egenskaper såsom social kompetens, flexibilitet och samverkansförmåga. Fritids/Learning Assistant Futuraskolan International School of Stockholm DESCRIPTION: Fritids/Learning Assistant REPORTS TO: Principal, Vice Principal, Fritids Coordinator Starting: Immediately ( Temporary, 100%) To support excellent education for Fritids (before and after school care) and primary school students. Qualifications, Attributes and Experience The Fritids/Learning Assistant is expected to have: The ability to work with young children. Excellent communications skills. Purpose of the role The Pastoral Manager, under the Principal, Assistant Principals, and in collaboration with the Year Group Coordinators (HoYs), Mentors, Trygghets Team, Student Assistants, Special Education Department, Student Care Team and the Facilities Coordinator/Care Taker, oversees all aspects of the school’s pastoral and school environment work. The Pastoral Manager leads the Trygghets Team and is responsible to ensure teaching staff conduct their duties with impact. They have a responsibility for the overall safety, well-being and security of students, and must work both pro-actively and reactively on a daily basis. They manage a range of processes so that the school delivers on its key IES Ethos promise to parents, “At IES Kista, we deliver a calm learning environment, where teachers can teach and students learn” - with the evidence to prove it. 1.
