Om rollen

Som en del av vårt M&A-team arbetar du med kvalificerad affärsjuridisk rådgivning inom M&A, bolagsrätt och därtill relaterade

frågor. Vi bistår svenska och internationella klienter i svenska och gränsöverskridande affärer. Arbetet har en tydlig

internationell dimension.

I rollen får du driva transaktionsprocesser tillsammans med klienter och kollegor, innefattande strategisk rådgivning, due

diligence, upprättande av transaktionsdokumentation och avtalsförhandlingar.

Som senior medlem i teamet delar du med dig av din erfarenhet, handleder juniora kollegor och bidrar aktivt till verksamhetens

utveckling och kunskapsdelning.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet av kvalificerat transaktionsarbete och bolagsjuridik vid en ledande affärsjuridisk byrå.

Erfarenhet av gränsöverskridande transaktioner eller internationella klientuppdrag är särskilt meriterande.

Du är analytisk, affärsmässig och trivs med nära klientrelationer och internationellt samarbete. Du uttrycker dig obehindrat på

svenska och engelska, i tal såväl som i skrift, och arbetar strukturerat, lösningsorienterat och prestigelöst.

The role combines hands-on privacy and compliance work with strategic advisory responsibilities.
