If you join, you’ll have real influence on what we build and how we build it. What you’ll do You’ll work across the stack, end to end: Build and ship features across backend, web and mobile. Own projects from idea to production (and beyond). Make product and technical decisions, not just implement tasks. Build systems that scale with real users and real money. Work closely with product and design, in person, every week. Our main stack is TypeScript, Node.js, React, React Native. How we think about building We’re pragmatic. About the role and the team As a Senior Fullstack Engineer in the AML domain, you will play a key role in building and evolving Verified’s cloud platform for secure and scalable trust services. You will work across both frontend and backend services running in AWS, contributing to systems that support critical compliance workflows. You will join a high-autonomy, cross-functional team where ownership is shared and the full lifecycle of core services is handled collectively. The team is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and operating services end-to-end, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and time-to-market. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, QA, and other engineers to deliver robust and high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based systems in AWS Build and evolve REST APIs and modern web applications Contribute to architecture and technical decisions Improve scalability by decoupling dependencies and reducing time-to-market Integrate AI capabilities such as AI agents and RAG into products and workflows Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues Drive engineering quality through code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement in architecture and engineering practices About you We believe you are a self-driven fullstack engineer who thrives in high-autonomy environments where you take end-to-end ownership of complex systems.
