Du leder mer än projekt, du driver förändring
Som senior projektledare är du ofta den som skapar struktur när komplexiteten ökar. Du bygger förtroende mellan verksamhet och IT, samlar människor kring en gemensam målbild och ser till att projekt rör sig framåt även när förutsättningarna förändras.
Hos våra kunder kan du leda allt från digitaliseringsinitiativ och systemutvecklingsprojekt till större transformationsprogram, molnmigreringar, ERP och CRM-implementationer eller infrastruktursatsningar. Gemensamt för uppdragen är att de kräver ett tryggt ledarskap, affärsmässig förståelse och förmågan att navigera i organisationer där många intressenter behöver arbeta mot samma mål.
Du kommer att arbeta nära beslutsfattare, verksamhetsrepresentanter, utvecklingsteam, arkitekter och externa leverantörer. Rollen innebär både strategiskt och operativt ansvar där du driver projekt från tidiga analyser och planering till införande, förändringsledning och framgångsrik leverans.
Projekt där teknik möter affären
Våra kunder verkar inom flera olika branscher, vilket innebär att uppdragen varierar i både innehåll och komplexitet. Det kan handla om digital transformation, AI-initiativ, utveckling av moderna molnplattformar, ERP och CRM-lösningar, cybersäkerhet, data och analys, integrationsplattformar eller modernisering av affärskritiska system.
Oavsett teknik är uppdragets kärna densamma att skapa långsiktigt värde genom väl genomförda projekt där människor, processer och teknik utvecklas tillsammans.
Vem tror vi att du är?
Vi tror att du har arbetat som IT-projektledare under många år och känner dig trygg i att leda komplexa leveranser där både verksamhet och teknik är avgörande för resultatet. Du har sannolikt minst åtta års erfarenhet av projektledning och är van att ta ansvar för budget, tidplan, resurser, risker och intressenter.
Du behöver inte ha arbetat inom alla teknikområden, men du känner dig bekväm med att leda tekniska team och föra dialog med utvecklare, arkitekter, produktägare och verksamhetsansvariga. Du förstår hur teknik stödjer affären och har förmågan att översätta verksamhetsbehov till konkreta projektmål.
Har du erfarenhet av områden som AI, molntjänster, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, integrationer, infrastruktur, cybersäkerhet eller större digitaliseringsinitiativ är det självklart ett plus, men det viktigaste är din förmåga att skapa framdrift och bygga förtroende.

About the assignment: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a complex migration of leasing products from an existing platform to a new technology platform. The role requires a strong combination of project management, business analysis, stakeholder management, and technical understanding to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions and successfully delivered. The successful candidate will act as the primary link between business stakeholders and external development teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, implemented, tested, and delivered according to agreed timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex leasing platform migration project. • Define, manage, and execute the project plan, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. • Facilitate workshops and maintain close collaboration with internal business stakeholders to capture, analyze, validate, and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements suitable for technical implementation. • Act as the primary interface between business users and external software development teams. • Ensure effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate solution design discussions and support architectural decision-making together with technical experts. • Manage project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and decision logs. • Identify project risks, mitigation strategies, and escalation paths. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production readiness activities. • Support data migration planning, system integration activities, and cutover planning. • Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience managing complex IT implementation or migration projects. • Demonstrated experience leading platform migration or digital transformation initiatives. • Experience working within leasing, financial services, banking, or similar highly regulated industries is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). • Experience working with external software vendors and distributed development teams. • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities. • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Technical Understanding The ideal candidate is not expected to be a software developer but should possess sufficient technical knowledge to: • Understand system integrations and API-based architectures. • Participate in technical discussions and challenge proposed solutions where appropriate. • Understand data migration principles and common migration risks. • Interpret technical documentation and solution designs. • Bridge communication between business and technical teams. Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create clear and impactful presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish. At least 5-10 years of experience in project management, ideally from a management consulting firm or a similar environment. A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
