Senior Manager, Channel Marketing Production

This role is based at the Marshall Group HQ in Stockholm, with a minimum of three days a week working from the office.
What you’ll do:
You'll take full ownership of how Marshall's retail marketing comes to life around the world, from the first idea to the finished
display on the shop floor. You'll lead delivery of best-in-class retail storytelling across our key markets, working closely with
our in-house creative team, marketing, local channel marketing, sales and external production partners, while driving operational
excellence, cost efficiency and on-time delivery of every retail asset we ship globally. Your responsibilities include:
Retail and Market Intelligence
Continuously audit our retail presence and find innovative new ways to show up in-store and present our products to consumers.
Stay close to retail trends, including attending trade shows such as IFA.
Analyse our in-store presence using our field reporting tool.
Prototype and Production Management
- Own the full mass-production process and allocation of all retail displays, POS materials, gift-with-purchase items and
giveaways.
Collaborate with our in-house creative team on prototype development for retail displays and POS assets.
- Lead close collaboration with local channel marketing teams across every region, making sure activation is shaped around real,
market-specific needs rather than a one-size-fits-all rollout.
- Drive continuous improvement across the entire production process, raising cost efficiency and execution speed at a global
scale.
Work closely with external vendors and production partners to secure high-quality, smooth manufacturing processes.
Logistics and Delivery
Manage logistics and distribution planning, coordinating shipping, tracking and delivery of all displays with internal teams.
Ensure on-time delivery of finished POS assets to warehouses and retail or agency locations worldwide.
Track and report on production milestones against budget and timeline, keeping key stakeholders informed.
Retail Playbooks and Asset Management
Own and maintain retail playbooks and POS catalogues in partnership with the in-house creative team.
Ensure every asset adaptation is delivered accurately to local markets.
Who we’re looking for:
We're looking for a structured, detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in channel marketing and POS production, and
a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
6+ years' experience in channel marketing, with a strong focus on the in-store consumer journey.
Strong production management and organisational skills.
Experience working with external production agencies and logistics teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a hands-on mentality.
Knowledge of global logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, internally, externally and across regions.
Strong communication skills to liaise between internal teams, vendors and logistics partners.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
