We are looking for you who: Are a problem solver who’s not afraid to push beyond the comfort zone and try new things. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, and we’re after someone who isn’t shy about sharing their ideas. You’ll need:
5+ years of software development experience
3+ years in web development with C#/.Net/.NetCore
3+ years working with React or similar JavaScript frameworks
Experience designing complex solutions with a focus on logical design
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
Experience with relational and document databases
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms

Our development organization consists of approximately 160 highly engaged colleagues who build software used daily in cancer clinics around the globe. About the role This role offers the best of both worlds, combining hands-on technical work with people leadership. You will have personnel responsibility for a team of 8–12 developers while remaining an active contributor to the development of RayStation, our Treatment Planning System. As a Group Manager, you focus on enabling your team to succeed. You support and develop your employees through regular one-on-one conversations, competence development, and recruitment. You will not be alone in your leadership role, but part of a collaborative management context with support from both peers and the wider organization. In your role as a developer, you work close to the domain on technically demanding solutions and contribute to building robust, scalable systems. Depending on your background, you will work across backend, frontend, or full-stack development, contributing to architecture and system design. Our solutions are built using modern architectural principles such as Domain-Driven Design, event-driven systems, and asynchronous communication, in an environment where security, data integrity, and reliable system communication are critical. Your technical expertise will have a direct and meaningful impact on patient care. Your profile You have a strong technical foundation in .NET development and a clear interest in taking responsibility for both people and technical delivery. About Verified Verified started with solutions for electronic signing, identity verification, and contract management. In close collaboration with its customers, the company has since evolved into a RegTech provider of digital workflows for Anti-Money Laundering and supplier due diligence. The platform is API-first and delivered as SaaS and PaaS, built for secure and scalable cloud-based services across electronic signing, electronic identification and AML capabilities. About the role and the team As a Senior Fullstack Engineer within the CLM and eSign domain, you will play a key role in developing and evolving cloud-native SaaS solutions running in AWS. Working across both frontend and backend services, you will contribute to secure, scalable, and resilient systems that support business-critical signing and contract workflows. You will join a high-autonomy team where ownership is shared and responsibility spans the full lifecycle of features and services, from planning and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
