At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. We are hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager for our Marketing team. This is a strategic, senior-level role at the heart of Snowflake's EMEA go-to-market. You will own the field marketing strategy for the Scandinavian countries, shaping how Snowflake shows up in market across an enterprise buyer landscape that is increasingly shaped by AI. Beyond running your own programs, you will set the direction for how the region markets, mentor junior marketers, and bring a point of view on what the Nordics market needs that influence the broader EMEA strategy. AS A SENIOR FIELD MARKETING MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: * Define and own the field marketing strategy for Scandinavia, setting the regional approach to pipeline generation, brand presence, and customer engagement * Own the full event life cycle for the region - Drive logistics, operations and execution of all planned events. Help shape event themes, close collaboration with local marketing team, work with outside vendors, oversee fulfillment/inventory levels, manage events’ sales staffing etc. * Build and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing calendar spanning field events, executive programs, ABM campaigns, and digital demand generation * Serve as the primary marketing stakeholder for the Scandinavia sales leadership team, co-developing go-to-market plans and aligning marketing investment to revenue priorities * Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post-event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy * Drive account-based marketing at scale for the region's most strategic accounts, coordinating across marketing disciplines to deliver cohesive, high-impact programs * Mentor and provide guidance to junior field marketing team members across EMEA, raising the team's collective capability and program quality * Contribute to EMEA-wide marketing strategy discussions, bringing Nordics market insight and challenging assumptions about how and where the team * Invests * Collaborate with the alliances' organization on Snowflake’s strategic sponsorships and go-to-market execution plan at partner events * Establish measurement frameworks and reporting cadences that connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue influence, and customer expansion OUR IDEAL SENIOR FIELD MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE: * 8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation in enterprise B2B technology * Proven ability to define and own a regional marketing strategy, not just execute against one * Proven track record of negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers. * Track record of building trusted, peer-level relationships with sales leadership and influencing joint planning without direct authority * Deep experience running executive engagement programs and high-stakes fieldevents that deliver measurable pipeline outcomes * Experience running 300+ attendee events. * Strong command of account-based marketing strategy, from account selection through multi-channel activation and measurement * Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms as supporting tools; experience using AI workflows to drive scale and efficiency is strongly preferred * Fluency in English; fluency in Swedish; and another Nordic language is a significant plus. * The role requires 3 days onsite in our Snowflake Offices BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING: * Experience shaping field marketing strategy across multiple EMEA sub-regions or markets simultaneously * Background in cloud data, analytics, or AI platform marketing in the Nordics enterprise landscape * Track record of mentoring or developing junior marketers in a distributed team environment * Experience with AI or GenAI tools (such as Cortex AI) to accelerate campaign creation, personalization, or audience intelligence * Familiarity with Snowflake's go-to-market motion or comparable enterprise data platform ecosystems Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
