We’re looking for a Senior product designer to help shape the next layer of SeenThis: a product where creative and marketing teams
can build, run, measure, and improve high-performing video campaigns across channels.
This is a role for an AI-native designer who likes complex problems, expert users, and fast execution. You’ll work close to
product and engineering, own meaningful parts of our media and advertising product suite, and help turn complicated workflows into
tools people want to use every day.
The open web has massive untapped advertising potential, but video has historically underperformed here. SeenThis is changing
that. As a video advertising partner, we prove the open web delivers exceptional results, capturing more attention with
cost-effective video that keeps publishers profitable and the internet independent. Since 2017, we've served billions of streams
for 5,000+ brands across 50+ countries. We believe brands deserve reach wherever audiences are, publishers deserve sustainable
revenue, and the internet deserves to stay open.
Our team of 130+ employees works globally from offices in Stockholm, Oslo, London, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, and
Sydney. We're expanding across all teams and constantly seeking new colleagues who want to make real impact in a fast-moving,
collaborative environment where innovation happens daily.
Do you want to be part of our journey, where we dare to discover, own it, and win together?

Our adaptive streaming technology fixed the delivery problem for video advertising. Now we’re building the product layer on top.
You’ll own parts of our media and advertising product suite, working closely with engineers, a PM, and the Design Lead to take
ideas from first sketch to shipped product. You’ll help define how our product works, how it feels, and how product design works
at SeenThis as the function continues to grow.
While you will iterate and build fast, your role starts with discovery. You’ll be expected to become a domain expert for your part
of our products. That means continually talking with customers, mapping their workflows, understanding the business context, and
finding real problems.
You’ll be expected to figure out what’s worth building before any screen is designed. Sometimes that means proper research or
session data. Other times, a client call and a rough prototype may be the answer. That’s up to you.
Getting this right is most of the job, because the wrong thing built well is still the wrong thing.
This is also an execution-first and AI-native role. You’ll move quickly from problem to prototype to shipped product, using tools
like Claude Code to explore ideas, test flows, and iterate faster.
Building is cheap now; judgment is the scarce part. When AI can produce the screen, the work that matters is deciding what to
build, what to cut, where to simplify, and when to push back. That part is still yours.

enough, and a fast prototype when that answers it sooner.
not only how it looks.

Since you’ve landed on this page, you already know Hedvig is a mover and shaker in insurtech, and think you might have what it takes to join us. As the only loved insurance company in Sweden (in the world?), we’ve proven that it’s possible to disrupt an entire industry with people’s best interests at heart. We’ve been working hard since the very beginning to change an industry that is hard to love – to something at least likeable. At Hedvig, we believe the only way to do so is to work with loveable people. We're at a genuinely exciting moment. The tools available to designers have changed fast, and we want someone who sees that as an opportunity, not a threat. What about the role? As a Senior Product Designer at Hedvig you will design, maintain and develop all of our digital products across Web, iOS and Android, both external systems as well as internal tools our own people rely on every day. You'll own the look and feel of these products and act in the space between design, research, brand and engineering to make sure they sustain the highest quality, both in how they feel and how they function. You'll work as a hands-on individual contributor within our R&D organisation. • You will be part of our product team, working closely with product managers, engineers and our other designers to create great design experiences. • You will safeguard a coherent look and feel across all platforms, working closely with our UX designer and our development teams so our visual and emotional expression stays consistent online and offline. • You will maintain and improve our existing member experience across Web, Apps and internal systems. • Your tasks will include wireframing, prototyping, user testing and analysing both new and existing flows and features. • You will explore multiple directions before committing to a solution, knowing when to go broad and when to go deep. • You will own projects all the way from problem definition to design implementation. What about you? • You have several years of experience designing digital products and have developed strong expertise across both UX and UI. • You're curious about new tools and technologies, including AI, and actively explore how they can improve the way you work and the experiences you design. • You have a solid background designing human-centric digital experiences, with real strength across both UX (flows, research, usability) and UI (visual craft, interaction detail, polish). • You can showcase an established portfolio of elevated design concepts demonstrating your expertise within both UX and UI design. • You're fluent in Figma, and design with accessibility and WCAG compliance in mind. • You make design decisions grounded in research and data, and can clearly communicate and argue for them across teams. • You have hands-on experience with user research methods, whether that's interviews, usability tests or something else that gets you close to real users. • You demonstrate creative integrity and can independently make judgement calls. • You thrive in a culture where ownership and freedom is key. • You can understand Hedvig's design aesthetic and why great design matters both online and offline. Bonus points • Experience designing features that incorporate AI to simplify or automate work for users. • Comfortable contributing to brand-level work alongside the Creative team, not just product screens. • Experience working as a designer embedded in a small, fast-moving engineering organisation. Those are not hard requirements! If you have a different profile but you see that you have relevant skills and you think you can do a remarkable job, apply and share with us your motivation on why we should meet you. What about us? As part of the Hedvig team, you quickly notice that "general truths" are not accepted without being questioned. We're an enthusiastic group of people who love to challenge each other to find the best way forward. We don't care who says something; we care about what's being said. We put a lot of effort into building a trusting culture where freedom, collective thinking, and individual ownership have center stage. We're not perfect–far from it – but we talk about and learn from our mistakes and imperfections to improve continuously. And we have a lot of fun along the way! As individuals, as a team, and as a company. Come join the Hedvig team, including all our very loved office pups, in newly renovated offices in central Stockholm.
Volumental is the footwear industry’s leading FitTech™ company, using 3D scanning and machine learning to match people with shoes that truly fit - in-store and online. Our vision is “a world without sizes, where every body fits.” We work with brands such as New Balance, Red Wing, Fleet Feet, Zellerfeld and Vivobarefoot across 3,000+ stores in 60 countries, with 60M+ foot scans collected, one of the world’s largest datasets of its kind. Where you fit in: As a Senior Product Designer at Volumental, you will play a key role in shaping what we build, not just how it looks or works. You'll sit inside one of our core product teams, but the design hub at Volumental is intentionally cross product: as priorities shift, you'll work horizontally across teams and occasionally with our Opportunity Lab, where early-stage ideas, prototypes, and partner explorations live. This is a role for a designer with sharp discovery instincts and great building ability, someone comfortable questioning the brief, pushing back on assumptions, and using research to redirect the team toward the right problem. You'll be expected to bring strong points of view, defend them with evidence, and stay genuinely curious about the people we design for. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end product design work, from discovery and research through to final interaction and visual detail. Run lightweight user research (interviews, usability sessions, contextual inquiry in retail environments) and translate findings into product direction. Help reframe briefs and shape what the team chooses to build, not only how it gets built. Move fluidly between core product work and other projects as priorities evolve. Contribute to and evolve our design system together with the rest of the design hub. Partner closely with PMs, engineers, footwear R&D, and our retail partners to ground design decisions in shared contexts. Help shape the design culture at Volumental: how we critique, how we research, how we ship. We are excited about you because: You ask more thoughtful questions than most designers. You're the person, who, in the kickoff meeting, asks questions that redirect the team. You have well-developed research and discovery skills, you don't outsource understanding the user. You're a conceptual thinker and a doer, equally at home in early ambiguity and in final polish. You generate ideas and advocate for them, but hold them loosely enough to change your mind. You have an excellent portfolio. You have relevant studies in Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design, HCI, or a closely related field. We are looking for someone who: Has at least five years of experience as a product designer, with at least two of those years in-house designer at a product company. Has demonstrated experience guiding discovery and user research. Is comfortable with Figma and the surrounding modern design toolchain. Has an excellent understanding of interaction design, UX, and visual craft. Bonus - Don’t let these stop you from applying, but please let us know if you have experience with: Designing for hardware-software products, retail environments, or B2B2C contexts What we can offer you: Personal learning budget and access to coaching Opportunity to work with a great team of 15+ nationalities in our English-speaking office Occupational pension at ITP1 level Flexible Public Holidays Policy Options Program Parental pay top-up Wellness allowance Dog-friendly office Flexible work policy (at least 3 days a week from our Stockholm office) By joining Volumental, you'll be part of a small design hub inside a company where design has real weight in product direction. You'll have room to drive initiatives, shape how the team works, and influence what gets built next, while collaborating closely with subject matter experts across footwear, AI, and retail. We encourage candidates from a diversity of backgrounds to apply!
SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER Shape how video advertising scales on the open web, where product meets commercial impact. Most ad budgets flow to a few closed platforms for one reason: they make it easy. Buying video on the open web should be just as easy. We are moving from a sales-led company to a product-led one, and you will help write the strategy that gets us there. This is a senior, high-agency role for someone who brings commercial instinct, product craft, and the conviction to decide what we stop doing. ABOUT SEENTHIS The open web has massive untapped advertising potential, but video has historically underperformed here. SeenThis is changing that. As a video advertising partner, we prove the open web delivers exceptional results, capturing more attention with cost-effective video that keeps publishers profitable and the internet independent. Do you want to be part of our journey, where we dare to discover, own it, and win together? Join SeenThis! ABOUT THE ROLE This is not a role where you inherit a fixed roadmap and keep it moving. You will help decide what should become a product, what should stay a service, what we should package differently, and what we should stop doing. SeenThis has strong commercial traction, deep customer relationships, and technology that works. The next step is turning years of bespoke campaign delivery into scalable products that brands and agencies can use at every level, from self-serve to fully managed, with our tools, services, and partner integrations running on the same core engine. You will lead product for a vital part of our growing suite, partnering closely with the CPTO, commercial leaders, engineers, designers, and data. You will own the outcome and the case for it: whether this is the right thing to build, whether customers adopt it, and whether it moves the business. Your initial focus will likely be sharpening Studio or Creative Manager into scalable product workflows. Studio is our creative production platform. Creative Manager supports the workflow from media plan to format specs to gathering creatives across many formats. As you learn the broader suite, you will help decide where product leadership should focus next. This is a senior individual contributor role, not a people-management one. It is high-agency and hands-on: you own a complex product area end to end. You will set direction, shape the roadmap, turn manual work into repeatable workflows, push back on bespoke work that does not scale, and broker the tradeoffs between commercial needs and product focus. The mandate is real and backed from the top. Decisions here weigh more than the next deal: whether something scales, serves the most customers, and helps commercial teams sell the value clearly. You will have backing, but not a blueprint. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Take the most commercially important problems, run the discovery that lowers the risk, and stay accountable for the outcome long after it ships. * Move customer work from one-off delivery onto the product, so accounts can grow without a new round of manual effort every time. * Shape how parts of the suite are packaged, priced, and positioned, so customers see the value, the field can sell it, and the business can scale it. * Spend real time with customers and commercial teams, and turn what you learn into product decisions the team can act on. * Work closely with engineering, design, and data to solve problems together, not by handing down specs. * Find where AI can carry the load inside our products. Our workflows include many manual steps. You will decide which ones AI can draft, route, or automate, where human judgment still needs to sit, and how we measure quality so we ship features customers trust. * Decide what we stop doing, with conviction. QUALIFICATIONS * Senior product management experience in a commercial B2B environment. * Direct exposure to pricing, packaging, monetisation, growth, go-to-market, or other commercial product decisions. This is the heart of the role. * Commercial instinct you treat as your own problem, not someone else's. You care about willingness to pay, sales motion, segments, adoption, retention, and margin. * A strong product toolbox: discovery, strategy, clear writing, close work with design and engineering, the right measures of success, strong launches, and learning from the market. * Clear communication that brings people along, with strategy and tradeoffs open enough for others to challenge. * Comfort working before the process exists. You bring structure without slowing the company down. * Fluency using AI in your own work, from research and synthesis to prototyping and analysis. We will ask for concrete examples of how you already do this. BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH * Building AI into a product itself, not just using it: judgment on where it should automate, where a human should stay in the loop, and whether the output is good enough to ship. * Ad tech, martech, creative tools, media, or another commercially complex domain. * Moving a company from service-heavy delivery to scalable product revenue. * Building or shaping a product function early. * Self-serve, usage-based, hybrid, or enterprise pricing.
