The Role
We’re looking for a senior Product Manager to build user-facing products that impact hundreds of thousands of legal professionals.
You’ll have the opportunity to join and lead one of the product teams shaping the core of the Legora platform, working across
surfaces like our drafting products, tabular review, task management, and research and regulatory products.
Wherever you land, the mandate is the same: build 0-to-1 products that help revolutionize a legacy profession. You’ll do it inside
an AI-native company growing at hyper speed, with the autonomy to take ideas from a blank canvas to products that thousands of
lawyers rely on every day. This is a rare chance to define entirely new categories of legal software, not iterate on the old ones.

The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Core User Experience team. This team owns many of the central pillars of the Legora platform, the connective tissue that every user touches every day: navigation, onboarding, personalization, notifications, global search, and the workflow library, among other foundational pieces. Your mandate is simple to state and hard to do well: make Legora dramatically easier and more delightful to use. You’ll drive activation and retention by removing friction, sharpening the everyday experience, and helping legal professionals get to value faster. This is a high-leverage, high-visibility role at the heart of the product, working closely with design, engineering, and the wider org. What You'll Do * Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Core UX surface area: navigation, onboarding, personalization, notifications, global search, the workflow library, and other central parts of the platform. * Move our north-star activation and retention metrics by making the product easier to adopt and more delightful to use over time. * Partner closely with design and engineering to ship polished, high-quality user-facing experiences with a strong bar for craft. * Run experiments across the user journey, instrument the right metrics, and turn data and qualitative insight into a prioritized roadmap. * Deeply understand how legal professionals work, and translate their needs into intuitive, opinionated product decisions. * Lead onboarding and first-run experiences that get new users to their first “aha” moment quickly. * Collaborate with our legal engineers and the broader org to ensure a coherent, consistent experience as the platform grows. What You Bring * An experienced, senior Product Manager with a strong background building products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies * A track record of building UI and consumer-grade experiences at a company known for strong design taste; you have a sharp eye for craft, even if you’re not a designer yourself. * Hands-on experience with growth work: thinking deliberately about activation, adoption, retention, and the experimentation and metrics that drive them. * Strong product judgment and the ability to balance qualitative insight with quantitative rigor. * Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of partnering tightly with design, engineering and other functions to ship products. * High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes. * A genuine interest in making complex software feel simple, fast, and enjoyable. As Senior Product Manager(AI Builder), you'll own a significant part of our Online product and have a rare opportunity to shape its direction, product-market fit, and growth story. You'll build close relationships with customers and commercial stakeholders to uncover what matters most, run discovery with curiosity and care, and bring ideas to life quickly using AI-native ways of working. You'll contribute thoughtful perspectives on product strategy, grounded in customer insights, commercial realities, and sound product judgment. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to build, steer, and scale an important product area alongside a technically strong, collaborative, and AI-native team. What you will do: Lead discovery with brands, retailers, and shoppers to develop a deep, actionable understanding. Own a product surface end-to-end, with accountability for customer and commercial outcomes. Bring ideas to life quickly using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, v0.dev) to explore and validate thinking. Validate AI-generated outputs with strong product judgment. Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders across commercial and partner teams. Contribute to and challenge product strategy with an evidence-backed point of view. Navigate trade-offs with care, balancing short-term needs with long-term value. Identify risks and opportunities, and present well-reasoned recommendations. Communicate openly on plans, progress, and decisions. Travel up to 4 times per year as needed. Strong discovery instincts, able to separate signal from noise quickly. Have cultivated your product sense to make decisions that often lead to better product outcomes and actionable learnings that you readily share with others. Feel comfortable in a scale-up setting where frequent trade-offs are needed to prioritize impact and time to value. About the role: Volumental’s in-store product is where our technology meets the real world, on the retail floor, in front of real shoppers. The Experience team is responsible for the full interaction: how clerks guide shoppers, how shoppers scan themselves, and how fit recommendations are delivered in seconds. This is where our machine learning and data need to come together--fast, reliably, and in a way people trust. As Senior Product Manager (AI Builder), you’ll own a key part of this experience. You’ll work directly with stores, observe real behavior, and continuously improve how scanning, guidance, and recommendations come together in a live retail environment. You’ll operate in an AI-native way, moving quickly from insight to prototype to decision, while ensuring the intelligence behind the product translates into a simple, intuitive experience for users. What will you do : Lead in-store discovery with shoppers and retail staff to understand real behavior. Take end-to-end responsibility for the experience across clerk-led and self-service flows. Improve speed, clarity, and trust in the scanning and recommendation experience. Prototype collaboratively and iteratively using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, v0.dev) to explore, validate, and refine ideas before committing engineering resources. Translate complex fit data and machine learning outputs into intuitive user experiences. Work closely with the commercial team and retail partners to ensure real-world impact. Contribute to and thoughtfully shape product strategy with an evidence-informed perspective. Navigate trade-offs thoughtfully, balancing usability, performance, and scalability. Identify friction points and opportunities across the in-store journey. Communicate openly on plans, progress, and decisions. Travel up to 4 times per year as needed. Have strong discovery instincts, able to listen carefully and surface insights from real-world behavior. Be able to balance speed with reliability in a live retail environment. Be able to make well-reasoned product decisions in ambiguous, real-world situations and see them through.
