Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time
interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those
passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments.
We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious
and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1
billion people listen, learn and work better together.
SUMMER HIRING NOTICE: DUE TO SUMMER VACATIONS, WE WILL BEGIN THE REVIEWING AND INTERVIEWING PROCESS FOR THIS ROLE FROM AUGUST.
HOWEVER, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Workplace Integrations team. This is the product team that decides how
Mentimeter shows up inside the Microsoft or Google suite, learning management systems, and the AI agents reshaping how people
work.
This is an ecosystem role, where Mentimeter’s thought leadership on engagement and participation gets combined with another
product’s value to create something neither could produce alone. A PowerPoint deck that anticipates where attention will drift, an
LMS course that reshapes next week's lesson from this week's class questions, an agent that calls Mentimeter to maximise active
participation.
You lead a team who ships integration features that connect directly to retention and the frequency of use that underpins our
strategy. You’ll take over a team mid-execution, with some strategic calls made, other questions still open for you to resolve –
you’ll own the next chapter as well as the team’s day-to-day direction.

AI and Hiring at Mentimeter
At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal

YOUR MISSION AT VOI As an Engineering Manager at Voi, you will lead and grow a cross-functional product team while staying close to the code. This role is ideal for a strong technical lead ready to take a first step into people management – someone who wants to shape team culture, support engineers’ growth, and drive delivery without leaving their technical roots behind. The Monetisation team owns Voi’s core payment flows, subscriptions, upsell and in-app advertising. The technical scope spans core backend systems, payment integrations, native mobile client views and more. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into leadership while having a tangible impact on the micromobility industry. Be a present, hands-on leader for a team of 4–5 engineers: run 1:1s, support growth and create a safe, collaborative environment where people do their best work. Partner closely with the Product Manager and Designer to align on priorities, shape the roadmap and drive high-quality delivery. Lead by doing: write code, review PRs and engage deeply in technical decisions across backend, web and mobile. Champion engineering excellence by guiding architectural decisions, fostering good development practices and promoting continuous improvement – enabling sustainably rapid delivery in a complex micromobility business. Coach and develop engineers through feedback, mentorship and clear expectations – with support from us if this is your first formal people management role. Lead the team in adopting agentic engineering practices: actively use and encourage AI-assisted development and help engineers build the habits and judgement to get the most out of these tools. Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture aligned with Voi’s values, and be a driver for inclusion and psychological safety within your team. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a hands-on, collaborative engineer with a passion for both technology and people. You enjoy working across domains, take ownership of delivery and are curious about how AI can elevate the way teams build software. 4+ years of hands-on experience as an engineer in modern tech stacks, building reliable software in a fast-paced environment. A generalist mindset with experience in backend, web and/or mobile development. 2+ years of experience in a tech lead, senior or informal leadership capacity – you have guided others technically, even if you have not held a management title. No prior people management experience required – this is a growth area we will support you in. Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (for example modern code assistants) and a genuine interest in agentic engineering workflows. You lean into these tools and help your team build the skillset to use them effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate both technical and cross-functional conversations with ease. Fluency in English, written and spoken. Don’t meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply – even if you don’t check every box. WHY VOI? Working at Voi is more than just a job; our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society. In addition to this you’ll have the opportunity to: Join Europe’s #1 micromobility operator and one of the fastest growing scale-ups. Get “skin in the game” through our employee options programme. Enjoy unlimited free Voi rides and a dog-friendly office. Work together with inspiring, motivated and fun colleagues towards a common goal. Join the micromobility revolution and be a part of creating sustainable cities made for living, free from noise and pollution.

Our systems provide sorting instructions that guide parcels between terminals and to their final destinations, whether that’s a customer, parcel locker, or delivery partner. We also deliver real-time parcel data and location insights, enabling smooth and transparent operations across our entire sorting network. Our Vision Our objective is ambitious, We strive to achieve operational excellence across our 40+ terminals in Europe. Any parcel should be able to enter the terminal sorting network at any point and immediately be ready for the next step towards its destination. How We Work We are a team that listens to what’s needed now, tomorrow, and in the future. Collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement are at the heart of how we operate. The team consists of our Engineering Manager, three skilled Backend Engineers, a Product Manager, and a Staff Engineer. This recruitment is to replace one of our Backend Engineers who recently resigned. About the Role As a Senior Backend Engineer in the Sorting team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how parcels move through our network. You’ll take ownership of projects, features, and the team's scope, from design to delivery, and collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems that directly impact our operations. You’ll also act as a mentor and technical coach for other engineers, helping to raise the overall technical bar of the team. When things break (as they sometimes do), you’ll be trusted to lead the way in resolving critical issues calmly and effectively. What you'll do Take ownership of designing, implementing, and delivering backend features and projects within your domain. Break down complex engineering challenges and guide others through solving them. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that your peers regard as high quality. Mentor and onboard other engineers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture. Participate in incident management and ensure learnings turn into long-term improvements. Collaborate across teams and domains to ensure smooth integrations and a unified technical approach. About You You’re an experienced backend engineer with solid experience in Go (or a similar strongly typed language). We mainly work with Go, but you'll touch legacy systems built in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Kotlin. If you’ve seen a bit of everything and enjoy bringing old systems up to modern standards, that’s a bonus! You have a deep understanding of building distributed systems and APIs in a cloud environment (preferably GCP or AWS). You balance long-term stability with short-term delivery needs, and you care about quality. You’re proactive, when you see a problem, you raise it and help solve it. You enjoy mentoring others, giving and receiving feedback, and contributing to a strong engineering culture. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and confident making decisions that move things forward. You understand how technology and operations connect, and you want your work to have a real impact. What you’ll get We can promise you that you will be challenged, develop your skills and have the opportunity to work with truly amazing and competent colleagues.
