Rollen
I rollen ansvarar du över hela produktlivscykeln, från strategi och roadmap till leverans, uppföljning och resultat. Det innebär att du kommer utveckla den svenska motsvarigheten av vår framgångsrika produkt, med Allicas etablerade plattform, erfarenhet och kompetens i ryggen.
Rollen innebär att leda ett tvärfunktionellt produktteam med ingenjörer, designers och dataanalytiker. Här ingår ett nära samarbete med Compliance, Risk och den internationella ledningen, med direkt påverkan på hur Allica etablerar sig: inte bara i Sverige utan i alla marknader vi går in i framöver.
Äga produktstrategi, vision, roadmap och leverans för hela Allicas svenska betalnings- och kontoerbjudande
Ta fullt kommersiellt ansvar för produktteamets OKR:er, inklusive kundförvärv, balansväxt och betalningsvolymer
Definiera och implementera integrationer mot svenska betalningssystem, inklusive Bankgiro, BankID, Swish och öppna bankramverk
Bygga kunddatastrategin för ditt produktområde inkluderat dataflöden, samtyckesmodeller och kundinsiktsramverk
Arbeta nära Compliance och Risk för att säkerställa att produkten uppfyller relevanta svenska och EU-regulatoriska krav
Arbeta nära Design, UX och Research för att förstå kundernas behov, validera idéer och säkerställa att produkten utvecklas utifrån användarinsikter och data.
Förankra alla beslut i data och bygga en kultur av evidensbaserad produktutveckling inom teamet
Kommunicera och förankra produktens roadmap med relevanta intressenter, från teamet till den internationella ledningen
Identifiera och hantera produkt-, leverans- och regulatoriska risker i nära samarbete med Compliance, Risk och övriga intressenter
Troligtvis har du...
...gedigen erfarenhet som Product Owner eller Product Manager inom betalningar eller finansiella tjänster, med koppling till den svenska eller nordiska marknaden. En djup förståelse för svensk betalningsinfrastruktur, exempelvis Bankgiro, BankID, Swish och öppna bankramverk, är ett krav, liksom vana att navigera regulatoriska krav från Finansinspektionen och EU.
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du också ha ett starkt kommersiellt driv, fatta datadrivna beslut och ha erfarenhet av leverans i tvärfunktionella team. Erfarenhet av att bygga eller lansera nya bank- eller fintech-produkter på en ny marknad är meriterande. Du behöver vara flytande i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
