Senior Security Architect & Project Manager

You will join a major security initiative focused on strengthening how vulnerabilities and exploitable exposures are discovered,

prioritized, validated, and remediated. The environment is complex, with several security and operations functions already in

place, and the key challenge is to connect them into a clear and effective end-to-end lifecycle.

In this role, you will take ownership of the exposure-to-remediation process from a design and governance perspective. You will

help define how work moves from discovery to remediation and back again through structured feedback loops, so the setup can

operate as a continuous CTEM-style cycle rather than a series of isolated activities.

You will work closely with adjacent teams in security, operations, and the business to create alignment, clarify ownership, and

turn identified gaps into practical improvements. This is a strong opportunity for you if you enjoy combining security

• You will lead the design and documentation of the end-to-end exposure-to-remediation process, including hand-offs, SLAs,

escalation paths, and exception and risk-acceptance handling.

• You will establish feedback loops from remediation outcomes, work-arounds, escalations, and validation results back into

discovery and prioritization.

• You will drive follow-up and coordination of remediation activities across business and technical delivery groups.
• You will support remediation efforts involving compensating controls and virtual patching where needed.
• You will create structured reporting for senior leadership on remediation progress, risk trends, and overall lifecycle

effectiveness.

• You will identify discrepancies, ownership gaps, and process weaknesses, and turn your observations into concrete improvement

proposals.

• You will help align the work across functions such as Detect & Respond, Attack Surface Reduction, IT Operations, and business

stakeholders.

• Project management competence.
• Competence in IT operations.
• Competence in IT security, especially within security operations, vulnerability management, and exposure management.
• Competence in IT architecture, especially within security architecture, IT infrastructure, and operations.
• Ability to work independently and drive structure, progress, and delivery in a cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
