We are now looking for a Senior Test Manager for an extensive SaaS transformation project with our client. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the test strategy, test planning and execution in a business-critical program that impacts central financial processes.
The project involves a major modernization where existing billing solutions will be replaced by a new SaaS-based solution. The program is divided into several subprojects that will be carried out step by step over time.
As a Senior Test Manager, you will work in a complex technical environment with SaaS components, integration layers, batch flows, event streams, APIs and connections to both internal and external systems. You will play an important role in ensuring quality, stability and progress in a long-term, business-critical delivery.
Defining and implementing the overall test strategy for the program.
Being responsible for test planning, execution, follow-up and reporting.
Driving defect management and ensuring clear handling of deviations.
Ensuring quality across the integration layer, SaaS solution and downstream systems.
Coordinating test activities between internal teams and the external SaaS provider.
Working with testing of integration-heavy solutions, such as APIs, event streams and batch flows.
Ensuring end-to-end testing in distributed architectures.
Collaborating closely with development, architecture, business stakeholders and vendors.
Contributing to structure, clarity and progress in a complex program with multiple stakeholders.

You have extensive experience as a Test Manager in large IT programs or complex transformation projects.
You have experience defining and driving test strategy, test planning, test execution and reporting.
You have experience testing integration-heavy solutions, such as APIs, event streams and batch flows.
You have a strong understanding of end-to-end testing in distributed architectures.
You have experience with SaaS transformations or testing solutions that include external SaaS components.
You are used to managing multiple stakeholders across both business and technology.
You have a strong ability to create structure, drive topics forward and ensure alignment between internal teams and external vendors.
Experience from banking, finance or another regulated industry is meriting.
Experience testing billing solutions is highly meriting.
