About the Role We are looking for a Junior Web Developer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real projects. This role is perfect for someone who has recently completed studies, a bootcamp, or has basic experience in web development and wants to build a strong foundation in a professional environment. What is needed in this role: Core Genesys Cloud Skills Genesys Cloud Architect: Designing inbound/outbound call, email, and message flows, including reusable tasks and secure flows. Genesys SDKs & APIs: Experience with the Platform API, Notifications API (WebSockets), and Analytics API.
