Join our global Service Implementation team on a 1-year contract and play a central role in delivering mobile messaging solutions to clients and partners worldwide. In this role, you’ll help ensure our sales and implementation cycles run smoothly, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Support, and Implementation teams across our international offices.
You’ll be a key part of delivering messaging solutions at scale, directly influencing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This is a 1-year temporary, hybrid role based in either Stockholm, Sweden, or Madrid, Spain, reporting to the Manager Service Implementation
Manage operator and partner processes related to service setup, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
Handle ordering, deployment, and ongoing usage of messaging services for Sinch clients.
Own internal processes related to client orders and provisioning of inbound numbers and registered senders for SMS and Rich Messaging products.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and manage service changes or updates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of provisioned services and partner configurations.
Manage a high volume of parallel tickets.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and efficiency.
We believe you’re analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across teams and regions. You look for ways to improve processes, troubleshooting issues and taking ownership to get things done.
Exposure and experience working with PC-based applications within the telecom or IT services industry.
Experience with web-based CRM or service desk tools such as Jira.
Comfortable using AI-powered tools at a user level to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance documentation or analysis work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple parallel workflows without losing structure.
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
University degree or equivalent professional experience.

Understanding of wireless carrier processes.
Knowledge of SMS, RCS, or messaging terminology.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW The role holder will act as the lead technical authority for Agentforce delivery on the engagement, responsible for the design, configuration, and quality of the AI agent solutions delivered to support the client's operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as specialist and principal technical authority for Agentforce implementation and configuration on the client's engagement. - Design, build, and configure Agentforce agents, flows, and associated system automation to support customer service, billing, and order-management use cases. - Lead requirements-gathering sessions with client stakeholders across customer service, network operations, and billing functions, translating business needs into agent architecture and solution design. - Integrate Agentforce solutions with the client's existing CRM’s, billing, and order-management systems as required. - Own day-to-day technical decision-making for the Agentforce workstream, escalating only material risks or scope changes. - Ensure agent design and data handling comply with applicable Swedish and EU data protection requirements relevant to customer data. - Guide and support any additional colleagues or client-side resources working on the Agentforce workstream. - Maintain delivery quality, technical documentation, and handover standards throughout the engagement. - Provide regular status reporting to the client and to the assigning organisation. 4. SCOPE OF AUTHORITY As specialist, the role holder holds final technical authority over Agentforce design and configuration decisions within this engagement, subject to the client's governance and change-control processes. Job Description We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to drive the technical execution and implementation of our cloud and hosting platforms, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions. In this role, you will turn architectural vision into working services, providing hands-on engineering leadership while collaborating closely with architects to align on best practices and trade-offs. You bring proven experience working with hybrid hosting environments (Azure, GCP, and on-premises) and a strong ability to build, automate, and operate platforms at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO: In addition to above you will be working on: Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate the long-term hosting strategy aligned with H&M’s business, digital, and sustainability goals, to technical roadmap.Drive the transition from legacy infrastructure to cloud-native and containerized platforms. Engineering Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of hosting platforms across cloud and on-prem environments.Oversee infrastructure-as-code, automation, and DevOps integration to enable self-service and agility. Proven experience with hybrid hosting environments (Azure, GCP, and on-premises). Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, virtualization, and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Familiarity with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization. Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect, or FinOps Certified Practitioner are a plus.
