In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of our cross-functional and Agile teams with deep knowledge in the Lending processes, particularly Corporate Lending.
- Participate in identifying customer needs and turning them into functionalities and business capabilities.
- Define Corporate Lending specific APIs, frameworks and development processes according to best practices.
- Work with developing integrations with multiple source systems.
- Be full-stack, work with FDP development in Kundportalen along with Andromeda APIs and a SQL backend.
- Agree on launch activities together with the team, stakeholders and APO.
- Be a team player and contribute to the team's way of working constantly improving.
- Learn from others and share your skills and experiences in community of practice.
What is needed in this role:
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in JAVA development and tools.
- Experience in agile way of working (preferable Scrum, SAFe frameworks).
- Experience in API design, microservices architecture, modular development, component identification and encapsulation of business capability.
- Business domain knowledge within the Corporate Lending area is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and being fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrate self-leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
