About the Role You will help shape the Order-to-Cash landscape in two major ERP initiatives within a global manufacturer of trucks, buses, and power solutions. One program is transforming the industrial ERP backbone, while another is evolving the commercial ERP setup for wholesale and retail on Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a senior ERP Business Architect focused on O2C, you will work closely with business and program stakeholders to create end-to-end consistency across O2C and O2D, align with adjacent ERP processes, and keep the commercial target architecture on track. Job DescriptionYou will represent and safeguard the O2C and O2D processes from both a business process and architecture perspective. You will guide design decisions so they support business goals, efficiency, scalability, and established industry practices. You will partner with realization leads to move work forward with pragmatic, results-focused solutions. You will support Business Process Owners in defining, documenting, and governing global processes and templates. You will handle O2C-related change requests and help drive change management within the program. You will collaborate with process developers, cross-program streams, stakeholders, and the service integrator to secure seamless end-to-end integration. You will identify business impacts when processes are aligned with industry standards and communicate those impacts clearly. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation initiative within the Custody domain, focused on implementing a new future-proof IT platform. The role involves leading requirements and refinement activities, translating business needs into practical system solutions, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and system capabilities. You will work hands-on with requirement gathering, solution validation, and delivery support while collaborating closely with stakeholders such as Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, developers, and business teams. The role requires a structured and delivery-focused mindset, with emphasis on reducing unnecessary complexity, ensuring feasible solutions, and driving alignment across business and operations. You will be part of a collaborative transformation team with a high degree of ownership and responsibility, working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: · Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements. · Produce technical requirement documentation, including protocol specifications. · Lead, coordinate, and drive refinement activities. · Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, architecture, development, QA, and product management to define scope and requirements. · Manage and maintain requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle. Profile we are looking for: · Technical background through education and/or previous experience as a developer or tester. · Experience and domain knowledge within Custody operations, preferably also within similar client environments. · Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach and strong attention to detail. · Experience working with complex systems and/or large-scale initiatives in fast-paced environments. · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple areas. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines. · Proactive, pragmatic, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership even when requirements or tasks are initially unclear. · Fluent in Swedish and English. · Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst. Experience in guiding stakeholders and operational teams is considered an advantage, but it should be combined with a practical, delivery-oriented approach and a strong ability to drive progress and execution forward.
