Role
As Vendor Manager at MAJORITY you will be part of an outgoing, high-performing, cross-departmental team and report to the Head of Procurement. This position works directly with the COO, and will build expertise and a deep understanding of MAJORITY’s business. As a member of this team you will be exposed to a wide range of areas and services for an international startup including compliance, vendor management, bid-management, payments, banking, remittance, currency trading and more.
This is an in-person position based out of either our Stockholm or Bogota offices.
Responsibilities
Own MAJORITY’s vendor management program and vendor due diligence
Lead the evaluation of suppliers, products, and services
Ensure teams across the company adhere to the requirements of our Vendor Management program
Negotiate contracts, and ensure that approved purchases are cost-efficient and high quality
Analyze program performance and KPIs, prepare reports, action plans and initiate follow-ups
Drive cost optimization and improvement plans
Follow up on operational activities generated by our critical suppliers, such as audit requests, periodic due diligence, etc
Support on various strategic projects and administrative tasks
Overall responsible for our vendor management program and due diligence of critical vendors

Experience & Qualifications
3+ years of work experience within vendor management, partnerships, procurement or commercial orientated jobs
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Preferably has previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Vendor management, Partnerships, Contract management, Compliance, Procurement, Payments, Money Remittance
Attention to detail, thoroughness and high level of accountability
Strong Excel skills
Excellent analytical skills and negotiation experience are a plus
Fully fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills

Your key responsibilities As an Engagement Manager in EY-Parthenon’s dedicated carve-out practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate complex carve-out transactions and separation programs. Working across the full deal lifecycle, from pre-sign strategy and diligence through post-sign execution, you will support both buy-side and sell-side engagements. In this role, you will help organizations make critical decisions that shape business performance, operational readiness, and long-term value creation. You will work closely with leading corporates and investors on high-profile, complex transactions, while also contributing to the continued growth and evolution of our market-leading carve-out practice, capabilities, and team. Some of the key responsibilities include; Leading buy- and sell-side carve-out engagements from pursuit and scoping through delivery and client management Driving carve-out analyses, standalone operating model design, cost assessments, separation planning, and TSA scoping Establishing and leading Separation Management Offices for Day 1 and IPO readiness programs Supporting the development and expansion of our carve-out offering Mentoring junior team members and fostering an inclusive, high-performance team culture Skills and attributes for success Proven experience leading carve-out and separation programs across the deal lifecycle, gained within strategy consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, M&A, or a related environment. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager based in Stockholm to develop and implement the global payroll strategy across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Malta, Colombia, Poland, the UK, Gibraltar, and the USA. This is both a strategic and hands-on operational leadership role. The successful candidate will develop a professional global payroll function, create the operating model, strengthen governance and controls, and ensure payroll is scalable, compliant and aligned with HR and Finance in a large global company. Alongside developing and implementing the global payroll strategy, the role will provide hands-on operational oversight of payroll delivery across all countries in scope, including direct payroll delivery for Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. The role will also review payroll vendors, oversee HR Payroll Coordinators, own global payroll reporting and data governance, and deliver accurate, compliant, and insight-led payroll across a complex international environment. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Global Payroll Operations: Lead timely, compliant end-to-end payroll across 12 countries (including the Americas and Europe), maintaining hands-on delivery for Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Operating Model & Governance: Establish a standardized global operating model with clear payroll calendars, approval workflows, documentation, and senior escalation protocols. Assurance & Controls: Design and embed a robust payroll assurance framework covering variance analysis, data reconciliations, exception reporting, and control testing. Compliance & Audit Ownership: Ensure strict compliance with local tax, pension, and statutory laws; monitor regulatory changes and lead all payroll audits and year-end processes. Vendor Governance: Own international vendor performance, managing service level agreements (SLAs), compliance obligations, issue resolution, and operational handoffs with HR and Finance. Data Integrity & Architecture: Maintain the global payroll data dictionary ensuring consistency and system integrations across HR, finance, and vendor platforms to safeguard data quality. Strategic Reporting & Insights: Own global reporting on payroll costs, headcount, and FTEs to drive variance analysis, budgeting, and workforce planning for senior leadership. Data & Analytics Capability: Advanced capability in managing global payroll data dictionaries, pay codes, payroll cost reporting, variance analysis, and FTE/headcount dashboards. Systems Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience utilizing HRIS and payroll platforms to align processes between HR and Finance. Diligence & Professional Judgment: High level of confidentiality and attention to detail, with the confidence to rigorously challenge vendor outputs and control weaknesses.
