What you'll do
Take end-to-end ownership of rapidly advancing our AI-driven content generation capabilities to deliver scalable, standards-aligned, quality-assured educational content of different modalities - text, assessment, images, videos, interactives - for internal use in Kognity's product as well as for external partners.
Define and execute a credible path to generating a full textbook in under a week at full quality, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI.
Build, evolve, and lead the Content Engine organisation, including its structure, culture, and ways of working.
Continuously hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team aligned with Kognity's leadership principles.
Position Kognity at the forefront of the AI application layer for learning content, including engaging with leading global publishers to redefine how content is created and distributed.

About the Role Your mission is to elevate operational excellence by applying AI and automation in a practical, scalable way. You will identify inefficiencies across Finance, HR, RevOps, Legal, Compliance, and IT — and design intelligent solutions that remove friction, automate manual tasks, and improve workflows.This role combines AI, system integration, backend development, and cloud deployment. You will report to Gabriel Hobbs, VP Revenue Operations, and work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and security teams, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and production-ready. This role will play a central role in building Tacton’s intelligent operational backbone. What You’ll Do: Build & maintain short term operational forecasting models for energy volumes & prices that drive our trading decisions on a day-to-day basis Build time series models to understand and explain recurring patterns across different measurements, products and regions to distill signals as features for your next model Prototype quickly: iterate on simple models, validate rigorously, and scale what works in a dynamic market environment Own the full model lifecycle: EDA, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment and continuous evaluation, supported by our team of DEs, MLEs & Energy Market Experts Write your models in Python, version your code in Git, use CI/CD to ensure full reproducibility Partner with DEs to evaluate and integrate new data sources (weather, grid conditions, market signals) Collaborate & mentor across other data scientists, quants and engineers.
