DEINE AUFGABEN Warum es diese Stelle gibt Netzwerke sind das Nervensystem jeder IT – und unser Spezialgebiet. Für Kunden aus Automobil, Kliniken, Software und Mittelstand in ganz Baden-Württemberg planen und betreiben wir Netzwerk-, Security- und Voice-Infrastrukturen mit klarem Herstellerfokus: Extreme Networks, Fortinet und Unify. Als langjähriger Partner dieser Hersteller haben wir direkten Draht, Top-Konditionen und Zugang zu erstklassigen Trainings und Events. Dafür suchen wir dich. Wichtig: Wir besetzen diese Rolle levelgerecht – und du musst nicht alle drei Herstellerwelten beherrschen. Ob dein Schwerpunkt bei Switching und WLAN, bei Firewalls oder bei Voice liegt: Wir richten die Rolle nach deiner Stärke aus und bauen den Rest gemeinsam auf. Deine Rolle – vier Schwerpunkte (typische Aufteilung – dein tatsächlicher Mix folgt deinem Schwerpunkt) Netzwerkprojekte umsetzen (ca. 40 %): Du planst, konfigurierst und dokumentierst Switching-, Routing- und WLAN-Infrastrukturen mit Extreme Networks – inklusive Netzwerksegmentierung und NAC-Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Umgebungen. Security (ca. 25 %): Du implementierst und betreibst FortiGate-Firewalls, SD-WAN- und VPN-Lösungen und entwickelst Security-Konzepte gemeinsam mit unseren Security-Spezialisten weiter. Betrieb & Troubleshooting (ca. 20 %): Du überwachst Netzwerkinfrastrukturen, übernimmst Incident- und Problem-Handling, suchst Fehler strukturiert über OSI 1–7 und automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben. Voice & UC (ca. 15 %): Du betreust und migrierst Kommunikationslösungen auf Basis von Unify OpenScape und bindest sie an moderne Welten wie Teams-Telefonie an. Woran wir nach 12 Monaten gemeinsam Erfolg messen * Du setzt Netzwerk-Rollouts (Switching/WLAN) eigenständig um – von der Planung bis zur Doku * Eine Herstellerzertifizierung ist bestanden (z. B. Fortinet FCP/NSE oder Extreme ECS) * Du hast ein Segmentierungs- oder NAC-Projekt mitverantwortet * Im Troubleshooting bist du eine feste Größe, auf die sich das Team verlässt Die konkreten Ziele dahinter vereinbaren wir gemeinsam – abhängig von deinem Einstiegslevel. Data Collection and Analysis * Supervise data collection, preprocessing, and analysis activities related to crowd movement and spatial behavior. * Ensure appropriate validation of simulation models against real-world data. * Interpret simulation results at a strategic level and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for projects and clients. Team Leadership and Development * Lead, mentor, and support Simulation Engineers and Crowd Modelling Experts, fostering technical growth and professional development. * Allocate resources and assign simulation tasks based on project needs, complexity, and team capacity. * Conduct technical reviews and provide structured feedback on simulation work. * Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and performance development of simulation team members.
