About the Position:
We are looking for outgoing and service-minded employees for the 2026/2027 winter season. We are recruiting full-time staff members.
Throughout the winter, we welcome thousands of enthusiastic skiers to our resort, and our goal is to ensure they have a great experience. As a Café Assistant at one of our four cafés and warming huts, you will be an important representative of the resort, and your interaction with our guests is highly valued. You are positive, well-organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and would enjoy living and working in a winter destination.
Your duties will include food preparation, customer service, and other relevant tasks within the café and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic food preparation
- Cash register operation and payment handling
- Cleaning of kitchen areas, café facilities, and restrooms
- Keeping work areas tidy and organized
- Carrying out daily operational routines and following health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
- Providing guests with the highest level of service
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills
- Willing and eager to learn

Skills:
