INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN   The Industrial Maintenance Technician will employ a hands-on approach, working with other technicians to complete routine maintenance, corrective repairs and troubleshoot issues as they arise.  This position is based at our Upholstery Division in Newton, NC. Responsibilities: * Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures and electrical systems in an industrial environment. * Visually inspect/test machinery and equipment to diagnose problems; repair defective/malfunctioning portions of systems * Install, program or repair automated machinery and equipment such as CNC routers. * Assembles new or modified mechanical components for routers and power equipment. * Perform/assist with repairs to dust collection system, including climbing silo for system repairs. * Assist with grounds maintenance, such as weed eating, mowing, parking lot maintenance, etc. * Driving the company dump truck to the landfill. Qualifications/Skills: * 5 plus years of strong experience working as a technician in an industrial environment. * Strong DC and AC electrical skills * Strong Pneumatic and Mechanical Skills * Clean driving record * Welding and basic fabrication experience is preferred but not required. * Ability to lift 50 lbs * Must be 18 years of age or older. Coke Florida is searching for an Automation Maintenance Technician to work out of our Tampa location. Seeking a 2:00pm Start time working Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday min. 10hr shifts.      What You Will Do:      As a Coke Florida Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-over. Maintenance technicians will assist with the overhaul and install new equipment with initial OEM training and the end goal to perform most tasks “in-house”.     Roles and Responsibilities:      * Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support within an automated warehouse, production lines and facilitating change-over    * Responsible for safely maintaining all assets within an automated warehouse facility, including but not limited to conveyance systems and other electromechanical components; and other facility equipment  * Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on automation and production equipment to prevent downtime or reduction in efficiency  * Overhaul and install new equipment    * Rebuild and fabricate parts    * Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area    * Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory    * Generate and complete work orders as assigned    * Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups   * Ensures automated warehousing system is operating effectively and efficiently by actively monitoring, assessing, and repairing, as needed    For this role, you will need:      * At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience in an automation environment or production facility preferred * Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment    * Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude    * Basic computer skills    * Ability to follow manufacturers' specifications and schematics    * Required to supply hand tools      Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:    * EET/MET or Mechatronics degree preferred   * 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience highly preferred    * Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred   * Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge highly preferred   * Mill and Lathe experience is preferred   * TPM maintenance knowledge and abilities preferred   * SAP experience preferred    * Previous Front-Line Leadership preferred
