500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating. Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down. With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better. The job We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us build the next generation of Flo’s platform and user experiences. You’ll work on the foundation that powers interactive surveys and dynamic content inside the Flo app — building SDKs, reusable components, and internal tooling that enable other product teams to deliver exceptional experiences quickly and reliably. Our frontend stack is based on React, TypeScript, and Next.js, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and testing. We care deeply about quality: we use TypeScript for type safety, Jest and Playwright for automated testing, and continuously evolve our design system and UI Kit. What you'll be doing: * Design, build, and maintain high-quality user-facing components and platform SDKs that enable survey and interactive experiences in the Flo ecosystem. * Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver flexible and scalable solutions. * Contribute to Flo’s design system and shared UI libraries, ensuring consistency and reusability across products. * Refactor and improve existing codebases for performance, reliability, and maintainability. * Write clean, modular, well-documented code and advocate for engineering best practices. * Actively participate in the frontend community at Flo, sharing ideas and driving improvements in architecture and development processes. Your Experience Must have: * 7+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining modern web applications. * Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). * Deep experience with React and modern frontend tooling. * Solid grasp of object-oriented design patterns and the ability to write efficient, well-structured algorithms * You must use AI coding agents as your default way of working — writing code manually is the exception, not the rule. * Proven ability to create adaptive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. * A product mindset and strong collaboration skills — you care about how your work impacts the user. Nice to have: * Familiarity with Next.js, Contentful, or similar frameworks and CMS solutions. * Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. * Understanding of analytics and BI integrations. Salary Range - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience) €5.900—€8.300 EUR How we work We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar. You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it. What you'll get We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like: * Competitive salary and annual reviews * Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme * Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave * Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents * Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support * In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office * 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary * Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks Diversity, equity and inclusion Our strength is in our differences. At Flo, hiring is based on merit, skill and what you bring to the role – nothing else. 🚀 YOUR OPPORTUNITY Want real hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing — running webinars, shaping demand gen campaigns, and building the AI-powered systems that run our marketing team? Then it's an exciting time to join Luminovo! We help electronics manufacturers and OEMs manage one of the most complex supply chains in the world by bringing sourcing, quoting, and procurement into a single, modern platform. As we scale, our marketing team needs more hands to keep webinars, campaigns, and content moving — and that's where you come in. Here's what makes this opportunity different: we run "AI by default", and we're one of the first marketing teams making tools like Claude a daily habit, not a nice-to-have. You'll spend real time watching how the team works, spotting the recurring manual tasks, and building the automations and workflows that remove them. Nowhere else will you get this kind of head start on how AI is about to reshape marketing work. We're hiring for this role in two flavors — pick whichever matches your situation: * Working student: 20h/week, ongoing * Intern: 3–6 months, full-time (with the option to convert to a permanent role) Both cover the same scope and both start 01 September 2026, based hybrid out of our Munich office. You won't be doing busywork. You'll cut the webinar clips that actually get watched, build the campaign assets that go live, help ship the case studies our sales team uses to close deals, and build the AI workflows that free up the whole team's time. You'll work directly with 7 people across the whole marketing team — so in a few months you'll have touched more of B2B SaaS marketing (and modern AI tooling) than most internships give you in a year. If you're hungry, a fast learner, and want real mentorship instead of coffee runs, we'd love to hear from you! 👥 WHOM YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH * Mark, Head of Marketing * Isabela, Senior Content Engineer & Strategist * George, Demand Generation Lead * Cindy, Senior Product Marketing Manager * Iva, Senior Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing Ops) * Chris, Website Developer & Designer * Julie, Brand & Content Designer * Performance marketing agency 🎯 PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES * 🤖 AI & automation: observe the team's recurring, manual tasks and propose what's worth automating; build and ship real automations, workflows, and Claude skills and plugins the team actually uses; document and roll out new AI tooling once it works. * 🎙 Webinars & content: cut short clips from webinar recordings for LinkedIn, build Canva assets from existing templates, create CMS/on-demand entries for finished webinars, draft per-event email copy (invites, reminders, follow-ups) for review, draft social recap posts, and handle scheduling across the webinar calendar. * 📈 Field marketing & demand gen: campaign and list admin, processing event attendee lists, translation checks on ad assets (German), reporting & analytics support, and event prospect sourcing. * 🎨 Product marketing: supporting case studies and customer stories, producing sales enablement assets, product launch support, competitive research legwork, and keeping CMS entries updated and quality-checked. 💬 LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Fluency in German and English is a must. Our webinar program tilts US/UK, so your English needs to be excellent — German is needed for the DACH content stream and recap posts. 💡 SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERTISE We purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications for this role. What matters most: you're currently studying (or recently graduated), curious about B2B/SaaS marketing, tech, and AI, and organized enough to juggle small recurring tasks across different stakeholders. No webinar or automation experience required — this is fully trainable, and being excited to get hands-on with tools like Claude, Canva, and our CMS Framer is a big plus.
