Warehouse Counter Associate to join our field team. In this critical role, you will be the front line for superior customer
service, ensuring the accurate and immediate issuance and documentation of parts requested via work orders, trouble calls, or
in-person customer requests at th e counter. ● Pay Range: $21.50 + $4.00 Shift Premium ● Schedule: Friday- Sunday, 7PM-7AM What
You Will Do: ● Customer Service & Issuance: Provide excellent service by issuing parts accurately based on work orders and cost
center orders, and by responding promptly to trouble calls or walk-up customers at the counter. ● Inventory & Documentation:
Immediately and accurately document the movement of all items within the warehouse management system (WMS). ● Compliance &
Procedures: Follow all procedures for special item issuance and IMEP restrictions. ● Communication & Reporting: Notify planners
and management regarding Part In-Advance-Check (PIAC) status and when parts need to be placed in block status. ● Transaction
Management: Document all part returns, credits, transfers, and erroneous transactions. ● Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and
transport them as requested. ● Inventory Control: Perform daily Inventory Cycle Counts inside the main stockroom; perform bin
balances of 10 or less and document the checks; document discrepancies between bin balances and system counts. ● Wareh ouse
Maintenance: Perform bin maintenance, new receipt put away, and ensure the counter and stockroom area remains clean and organized
at all times. ● Other Duties: Perform other assigned duties to support warehouse operations. What we are looking for: ● High
School Diploma/GED equivalent. ● Proficiency in PC use, including basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
● Basic math and reading skills. ● Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
effectively in a fast-moving environment. ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow oral and/or written
instructions. ● Good interpersonal skills and a prove n ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external

If so, we’d like you to join our team as a Counter Salesperson. About the Role: You will: * Confidently assist customers who purchase and/or pick up merchandise at the Profit Center. * Accurately process and fill Sales Orders generated at the sales counter. * Attract and retain customers. * Work with the PCM to establish revenue and margin targets. * Verify the Pick Ticket ship date is the date the material is picked up by the customer, update accordingly, and obtain customer signature before releasing material. * Provide customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability. * Keep the counter area and merchandise displays clean, neat, current, stocked and safely displayed. * Ensure security and control is upheld at this primary point of customer contact. * Communicate to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager any changes in a customer’s business that might cause a credit risk. * Process cash sale returns and refund paperwork in accordance with Company policy and procedure. * Inform supervisor of inventory levels or stock depletions that could impact customer service levels. * Assist co-workers in servicing customers, including answering incoming calls, stocking merchandise in the warehouse, and pulling orders for delivery. * Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned. * Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
