We're looking for a motivated individual to join our APAC Middle Office team as a Trading Operations Analyst, supporting our systematic equities and ETF desks across APAC markets. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role where you'll play a critical part in ensuring our traders can operate safely and efficiently throughout the trading day. Your Core Responsibilities: * Tracking and managing the full lifecycle of corporate actions (stock splits, bonus shares, changed tickers, acquisitions, spinoffs, bankruptcies, divests, fund mergers) and the associated position changes * Providing traders with a clear view of tradeable positions and outstanding issues before safe market entry * Working with prime brokers and clearers to correct reports, co-ordinating across multiple counterparties simultaneously * Reconciling P&L and cash breaks, including swap-related and corporate action-driven breaks * Contributing to ETF P&L analysis and refinement, including multi-currency complexity * Participating in the design and build of internal tooling to improve visibility of issues Your Skills and Experience: * 2-4 years’ experience in a Middle Office, Trade Support or Product Control role * Tertiary education in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field * Strong attention to detail and comfort working under time pressure * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously across different markets * A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and proactively * Experience with Python, SQL, VBA and Claude Code is preferred but not essential About Us IMC is a global trading firm powered by a cutting-edge research environment and a world-class technology backbone. ABOUT THE ROLE Vivid Money BV, based in the Netherlands, is the licensed investment and crypto asset services entity of the Vivid Group. We provide brokerage services and are building our own product and infrastructure to shape the future of investing. To support our growth, we’re looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to help drive smooth day-to-day operations and to continuously improve our processes. You’ll be at the center of our operational backbone, ensuring flawless execution for both traditional and crypto investments, while helping us scale for the future. YOUR MISSION * Oversee the settlement lifecycle of our customers Crypto-Asset and Financial instruments orders, including: * Trade execution monitoring and reconciliation. * Client administration and order flow control. * Settlement management and daily alignment with brokers & custodians. * Support and process corporate actions and relevant crypto related events. * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues. * Act as the first point of contact for Customer Care on operations-related questions. * Ensure high levels of automation and process efficiency. * Prepare and deliver management reports. * Assist in setting up regulatory and tax reporting. * Contribute to the development of new products and expansion of our business. YOUR PROFILE * 2+ years of experience in financial or operational roles (brokerage, custody, fintech, or crypto preferred). * Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or higher). * Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. * Ability to independently identify and implement process improvements. * Experience in crypto/fintech/startups is a plus, but not required. * SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required. * Excellent analytical skills. * Fluent in English (written and spoken). * Based in Amsterdam.
