Rocket Now won the Excellence Award in the Shopping Category at the Best App Awards 2025. Furthermore, it has achieved the No. 1

Role Overview
Rocket NowのデリバリーパートナーB2Bセールスマネージャーとして、あなたはCoupangの日本市場における急速な拡大を推進する中核的な役割を担います。東京（CP One
Japan）を拠点とし、配送代理店や輸送ネットワークなどの主要な法人向けデリバリーパートナーの特定、交渉、オンボーディングに専念し、高度に安定かつ競争力のあるラストマイルインフラの構築を担っていただきます。
本ポジションは、既存のローカルネットワークを活用してリード獲得までの時間を短縮し、重要な契約移行フェーズを円滑に進め、競合他社から迅速にマーケットシェアを獲得できる、経験豊富な営業プロフェッショナルを求める緊急性の高い役割です。
What You Will Do
* デリバリーパートナーの発掘および確保： 日本国内の潜在的なデリバリーパートナーおよびラストワンマイル配送ネットワークの発掘、および優先順位の選定。
* B2Bソリューションの提案： Rocket Nowプラットフォームの強みを活かし、パートナー社の収益向上と運営効率化のためのカスタマイズされた提案（ピッチング）を実施。
* 契約締結および管理： 契約条件の交渉から最終締結まで、エンドツーエンド（End-to-end）のセールスサイクル管理およびオンボーディングの支援。
* 市場分析： パートナーシップ構造を分析し、戦略を最適化。
Basic Qualifications
* 経験： 合計5年以上のB2B営業経験。
* 業界知識： フードデリバリー、クイックコマース、ラストワンマイル物流業界に対する深い理解。
* 語学力： 日本語（ネイティブレベル）
* 顧客との関係構築および継続的なコミュニケーション経験： 顧客と信頼関係を築き、長期にわたって良好な関係を維持できるコミュニケーション能力。
* 課題解決および提案力： 顧客の抱える課題を特定・ヒアリングし、問題定義からソリューションの提案まで、一連のプロセスを遂行した経験。
