The Arctic is waiting: raw, unpredictable, and breathtakingly beautiful.
It demands energy, resilience, and the ability to connect with nature and other people.
We create experiences that stay with people for the rest of their lives.
And now, we’re looking for someone to join our team.
You don't need to be perfect.
But you do need to care about the guests, the team, and the experience.
The success about our offers goes by you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We're not picky, but we don't like wasting time. Don't write things like, "I've never done it but I'm a quick learner." Guiding isn't a hobby: it should be done with heart and passion. If you're looking for a job to pass the time, this is NOT the job for you.
Send your CVs and a motivational letter only by email. Do not call, sms or whatsapp.
We're a small, tight-knit group.
We rely on each other, support each other, and share the workload especially on the tough days.
There's no hierarchy-driven culture here.
Everyone contributes. **Everyone matters.**Your role goes far beyond leading a tour. You are responsible for delivering a complete, safe, and memorable Arctic experience, while representing the company's standards and values at all times.
This is a part-time, shift-based role, designed for flexibility:
This is a part-time position, but it's not a "half job."
This role is ideal for someone already based in the region or with a flexible lifestyle. If you are not based in Tromsø already, get the chance anyway: you might be the right person.
