KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As Nyx is an entirely new Spacecraft, it is very important for The Exploration Company to control as much of the design and manufacturing and "make" as many of its subsystems as possible. This strategy requires a great deal of support from Procurement, which you will provide as our Direct Material Procurement manager. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement and Head of AIT, your support will be split across the two main areas: * Facility readiness: * Ensuring that TEC's workshops / factories are stocked with all of the consumables, equipment and tools they need to produce Nyx. * Ensuring that TEC's new office spaces have all of the materials they need to do the work to build Nyx * Production readiness: * Ensuring all TEC's in-house production teams have the raw materials and parts they need to produce development and flight units of the subsystems TEC has selected to produce in-house. For both areas you will ensure that you: * Perform standard Supply Chain Management activities such as (Strategic Sourcing, Supplier evaluation, Negotiations of T&C and pricing, Supplier OTD management, Contract management, run continuous improvement initiatives...etc * Do proper Stakeholder Management * Actively engage and coordinate with AIT, Engineering, Quality departments to align on material specifications and quality assurance and compliance requirements * Have the Financial overview under control and that you can report at any time the Actuals & Forecast and compare that against the EAC This role can be based either in our headquarters in Munich Germany, or our main testing facility in Bordeaux, France. You will be flying on a quarterly basis to one of our facilities. Detailed travel plan will be defined within the first quarter of your role. WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU Direct Material Procurement manager, ideally, you will have the following: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering or Business Administration * Basic experience (1-2 years) with Procurement / Supply Chain processes within a technical context * Minimum 3 years' experience with any Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) software * Proven track record of ability to work autonomously under pressure and manage conflicting priorities * Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English * Quick learner and adaptable to new challenges * Independent thinker and problem solver * Only applicants from NATO friendly countries can be considered. We're Looking For a Staff Software Engineer – AI & Automation We're building a new Productivity Engineering team, and you'll be the founding engineer of an internal platform that lets non-engineers build, deploy, and host agents and applications. This means your decisions will shape the architecture, the developer experience, and the culture of the team for years to come. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Operating with an AI-first mindset, you will leverage AI, agents and technical logic to: * Architect and build the foundational platform that enables business users across the organisation to create, deploy, and manage internal applications and agents without requiring engineering support. * Own the end-to-end design of this platform, from infrastructure and hosting to the self-service interfaces and guardrails that make it safe and approachable for non-technical users. * Establish the patterns, integrations, and building blocks that connect to core enterprise systems and allow business teams to move quickly without compromising security or compliance. * Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into platform capabilities, ensuring the systems you build are not only technically sound but genuinely adopted. * Operate as a senior technical voice within a small, high-autonomy team, helping set architectural direction and raising the bar for how the team designs and delivers. REQUIREMENTS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCE * The Blueprint: Extensive track record as a Senior, Staff, or Principal Engineer, with a proven history of owning greenfield platforms, distributed systems, and backend scalability patterns. * Infrastructure & Platform: Deep production-scale GCP (compute, networking, IAM, managed services), Kubernetes, and Helm (designing for multi-tenancy). * Languages: Proficient in Go (primary), with comfort across the stack in TypeScript and/or Python. * Developer Experience (DX): Hands-on experience with GitOps, environment provisioning, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and enterprise security/IAM (SSO/Okta integration). * AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs and agentic systems into production backends (Vertex AI, Gemini, OpenAI, MCP, or similar). * Product Mindset: Strong understanding of API design and a proven ability to design for non-technical users—you care about onboarding, UX, documentation, and what "easy to use" means in practice. Way of Working: Highly autonomous, comfortable with high ambiguity, and able to clearly present technical trade-offs to non-engineering stakeholders. About the job The Compliance Experiences team sits at the heart of the Twilio platform, owning two critical domains: Phone Numbers and Compliance (KYC).   In 2026, "getting a phone number" is no longer a simple API call; it requires sophisticated orchestration across global phone number inventory, real-time identity verification, regulatory compliance, and operational tooling at massive scale.   Twilio’s KYC Platform, the gateway to accessing all of Twilio’s communication APIs, enables customers to securely provision and operate communication services globally while navigating complex, constantly evolving regulatory requirements. As a Principal Engineer (P5), you will own the technical strategy for a platform that processes millions of requests. You will be expected to pioneer AI-driven development workflows using LLMs and agentic agents to accelerate code generation, automate architectural reviews, and synthesize complex global telecommunications regulations into executable logic. Your mission is to collapse the distance between a great idea and a production ready feature. The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: * Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $188,240.00 - $235,300.00. * Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $199,280.00 - $249,100.00. * Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $221,360.00 - $276,700.00. * This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
