About the role We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced and self-starter Account Executive who is passionate about voice technology and how it is transforming the public sector in the Middle East region. We don't just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we partner with governments and public sector entities to help them deliver new citizen and resident experiences, national AI initiatives, and voice services at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will: * Build and manage a growing portfolio of government and public-sector accounts across the Middle East such as ministries, government-linked entities, sovereign-backed programs, and national AI initiatives, to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals. * Own complex government engagements end-to-end: navigating public procurement cycles, tenders and RFPs, security and data-residency reviews, and multi-stakeholder approvals, while managing delivery expectations alongside our Engineering and Deployment teams. * Identify new business opportunities that align with ElevenLabs' product offering and roadmap, particularly where national digital-transformation and AI strategies intersect with voice AI. * Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in collaboration with internal teams, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders on compliance, localization, and responsible AI deployment. * Be responsible for KPI and sales performance tracking, providing weekly updates to the wider ElevenLabs team Who you are We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. What you bring: * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, with +10 years of sales experience in a SaaS or enterprise technology organization. * Demonstrated prior experience selling AI or advanced technology solutions to governments in the Middle East, with real deals navigated through public procurement, tendering, and vendor-registration processes. * Deep understanding of government requirements and regulations in the region including data sovereignty and residency, cloud and cybersecurity frameworks, procurement law, and localization mandates, and the ability to translate these into compliant deal structures. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels: from technical evaluators to ministerial leadership, combined with a hybrid customer- and product-driven mentality that priotizes client satisfaction and scale. * Expertise in, or willingness to learn everything about, the Voice AI industry and how ElevenLabs' solutions map to public-sector use cases (citizen services, accessibility, media, education, contact centers). About the role This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, product expertise, and implementation, so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll work directly with corporate and midmarket customers to drive adoption of their core use case and help identify new ones - but everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not custom to one account. You'll need to be genuinely technical, deep enough in the product to be the most knowledgeable person in the room, without ever writing code or owning an account directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical who's already advanced with AI tools. Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to: * Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable implementation and enablement processes that educate customers on best practices and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case * Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're the product expert for enabling both basic and complex use cases, and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market * Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption * Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region * Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases * Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering) * Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results Requirements * 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or similar at a technical SaaS or AI-native company * Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products * A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more * You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work * Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. The Relationship Account Management team is focused on driving long-term partnerships with MongoDB’s mature customers, creating expansion & evangelism in the process. This team was established 3 years ago and continues to grow and scale with our expansion to EMEA. Individuals in the Relationship Account Manager (RAM) role have a passion for technology that delivers business outcomes and understand how to retain and grow clients through a focus on their success. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for your customer base and leverage the MongoDB ecosystem to help drive expansion and retention of a customer portfolio. As a Relationship Account Manager you will be responsible for success, education, enablement, upsell/cross-sell, renewal and everything in between for a book of strategic, enterprise accounts. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in our Dublin or Cork office for our hybrid working model.
