Como Project Manager de Joyas y Proyectos Especiales, coordinarás el desarrollo e industrialización de colecciones de joyería y
proyectos especiales, asegurando la alineación entre los equipos de París y los talleres de Ubrique.

As part of this journey, we are strengthening our technical and development team in Ubrique, working at the heart of production on jewelry collections and special projects. YOUR ROLE As a Jewelry & Special Projects Project Manager, you will coordinate the development and industrialization of jewelry collections and special projects, ensuring alignment between Paris-based teams and our workshops in Ubrique. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, suitable for a professional with approximately 3 years of experience in project management within luxury, jewelry, accessories, or industrial environments. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PROJECT COORDINATION * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams between Paris and Ubrique (design, development, industrialization, and production). * Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders. * Lead project follow-up meetings and monitor project progress. PLANNING & INDUSTRIALIZATION * Build and manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met. * Oversee the transition from prototype to industrial production. * Ensure the completion of key industrialization deliverables, including technical drawings, molds, technical specifications, production data, and SAP updates. EXECUTION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT * Support problem-solving during development and production phases. * Anticipate risks and implement corrective actions when necessary. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production teams. YOUR PROFILE * Around 3 years of experience in project management, product development, industrialization, or manufacturing. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies and production processes. * Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing; experience in leather goods is a strong plus. * Proficiency in Excel and project planning tools. * Professional working proficiency in English. Knowledge of French is considered a plus due to regular collaboration with Paris-based teams. You are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and creative teams. Your Role As an R&D Associate, you will support the development and implementation of innovative solutions within our technical area, including 3D molds, CNC machining, special projects, and recycled leather applications. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who wants to develop their career with a strong willingness to learn, participate in technical projects, and grow within a dynamic industrial and creative environment. Your Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Development * Assist in the design and development of 3D molds and technical solutions. * Support activities related to 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and digital cutting technologies. Project Participation * Contribute to the execution of special projects from concept to implementation. * Collaborate with different teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality. Process Improvement * Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and production processes. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Jewelry Operations Manager Reporting Manager: VP Fulfillment Location: Mumbai, India About the Role We’re looking for a Jewelry Operations Manager to drive excellence in production efficiency, speed, quality, and cost optimisation. This role is responsible for ensuring customer inquiries are quoted and fulfilled at record speed, maintaining the highest product quality standards, and optimizing pricing through strategic vendor partnerships and internal efficiencies. You’ll lead cross-functional coordination between design, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement in service metrics. Pricing & Cost Optimisation * Partner with sourcing and procurement to secure best-in-market pricing while meeting margin targets. * Support initiatives to increase FARPU by building the right product mix - right SKUs, right price, right quality, right speed. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with the in-house design team (Corel, CAD) to improve speed and accuracy of jewelry renderings. * Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align production timelines with customer expectations. * Conduct workshops with key customers to understand their jewelry sales processes and identify improvement opportunities. 6. Data & Reporting * Leverage data tools (e.g ThoughtSpot, Excel, BI dashboards) to track inquiry fulfillment, production speed, and returns. * Use data insights to drive continuous improvement across operations. Qualifications * 5+ years’ experience in jewelry manufacturing, supply chain management, or production operations (luxury or fashion experience preferred). * Strong background in production planning, vendor management, and quality control. * Proven success improving speed, quality, and cost in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. * Data-oriented mindset with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, or analytics platforms. * Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
