WHAT YOU’LL DO: You will be responsible for the long-term success of our international, professional trading customer base and with the full support of the business and your team you will: * Work closely with a portfolio of current clients to define success and help them maximise value out of engaging with the enmacc platform in the UK market. * Proactively have regular touch points with clients, planning & supporting their trading needs. * Develop and convert a pipeline of prospective clients in the large, international energy and environmental commodity trading segment in the UK. * Lead the onboarding process of new clients and assist them in fostering user adoption within their whole organisation. * Independently manage the development of new and current client accounts and the evolution of the UK energy market, regarding business opportunities and market trends. * Act as a link between departments to drive customer advocacy by delivering actionable client feedback. WHO YOU ARE: * Five or more years of experience in the energy origination or trading business; for example, as an Energy Trader or energy-related Software Account Manager. * Experience in the UK energy space is a must, with a strong network that enables you to effectively contribute from day one. * Knowledge of both physical and financial energy trading. * Highly motivated regarding your career, your skills, and your success. * Proactive and self-motivated professional who can work on your own initiative, with an innovative and growth-oriented mindset. * Affinity for digital products and services, with the confidence that digitalisation is key to market growth. * Skillful at building long-term relationships with traders and key stakeholders. * Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). * Ability to travel periodically to our Munich Head Office Don't match every single requirement? Purpose of position Our Key Account Management team is looking for an Account Manager to assist in leading the affiliate programme for Boots UK, one of the UK's most recognised health and beauty retailers. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your strategic, analytical, and relationship management skills while driving growth through innovative affiliate partnerships. As the day-to-day point of contact for Boots UK on the Awin network, you will provide expert guidance on affiliate marketing best practices, with a particular focus on upper-funnel activity, including content publishers, influencers, and editorial partnerships. Working closely with the wider Awin Boots team, including the Client Strategy Lead, Lower Funnel Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, AdOps team, and the Boots Upper Funnel Specialist and Executive, you will identify opportunities to expand reach, engage new audiences, and drive both brand awareness and performance growth. You will be responsible for developing, activating and nurturing relationships with key content and influencer subnetwork partners, and delivering insight-led recommendations to optimise programme performance. As an active member of the Team Boots, you will bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to help Boots UK maximise affiliate revenue while strengthening its presence across the upper-funnel affiliate ecosystem.
