OVERVIEW If you’re obsessed with great creative, fluent in ad strategy, and ready to lead - this is your role. Dentology is one of the UK’s fastest-growing patient acquisition agencies, working exclusively with high-end cosmetic dental practices. We’re a 25+ person team spanning performance creative, paid ads, and lead conversion - and we’re one of the only dental marketing agencies with strategy, production, and post-production all under one roof. We create performance-driven creative that’s part of a full patient acquisition system - not a standalone asset. From high-production content shoots to paid campaigns and in-house sales teams who close the leads, we deliver predictable, profitable growth for some of the biggest names in UK dentistry. Now we’re hiring a Creative Strategist to lead the direction of our video content. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll own content strategy across our Meta ad campaigns, script conversion-focused short-form videos, and coordinate with editors and media buyers to bring creative to life. You won’t be ticking boxes or filling in templates. You’ll be scripting, pitching, iterating, and optimising performance creative that drives real business outcomes - and doing it with world-class assets and a fast-growing team behind you. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Own the creative vision for client campaigns - from first hook to final CTA. * Write conversion-focused briefs for high-production client content shoots and Dentology brand content. * Script short-form videos for Meta ads, building on proven hook frameworks and experimenting with new angles. * Analyse performance data to identify creative patterns, form hypotheses, and iterate winners. * Proactively pitch new creative formats (e.g. UGC, VO-led, carousels, testimonials, high-production, etc.) to test with clients. * Collaborate closely with editors and media buyers to ensure high-quality, on-time creative delivery. * Support Dentology’s own content strategy and help shape the agency’s brand storytelling. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Proven experience in creative strategy - writing hooks, scripts, and briefs for performance content (Meta ads, video ads, landing pages, etc.) * Background in a fast-paced agency environment, ideally within DTC or e-commerce brands. * Deep understanding of Meta ad formats and what drives content performance. * Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable creative direction. * Experience leading creative testing and iteration to identify and scale winning concepts. * Highly organised and proactive - able to manage multiple creative pipelines and timelines simultaneously. * Confident collaborating cross-functionally with editors, media buyers, and account managers to bring ideas to life. SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE 6 MONTHS * You’re leading the development of briefs across client content shoots. * You’ve developed a strong understanding of what creative formats perform best and why. * Editors and media buyers are fully aligned with your brief structure and delivery cadence. * You’re proactively testing new formats and beginning to build a repeatable creative engine. 12 MONTHS * You’re driving creative strategy across our largest high-spend, fast-moving accounts. * Your scripts are consistently producing top-performing content across the agency. * You’ve built scalable systems for briefing, coordination, and creative analysis. * You’re a core contributor to Dentology’s own brand content and creative direction. 18 MONTHS * You’re mentoring junior creatives and helping shape the evolution of our in-house creative systems. * You’re a key driver of client results through strategic testing and content direction. * You’re helping Dentology scale creative output without compromising quality or performance. * You’re playing a pivotal role in defining what high-impact creative looks like in this category. WHY JOIN DENTOLOGY? * Incredible client base – You’ll work with some of the fastest-growing and most ambitious dental practices and dental groups in the UK. * Real ownership – You’ll lead strategy, pitch new formats, and take full ownership of your creative lane. * High-quality assets – You’ll have access to best-in-class creative assets produced by our in-house content team. * Clear progression path – We are growing incredibly quickly, and there are tons of opportunities to step into senior roles, own new functions, and shape the creative department’s evolution. * Remote-first - Work from anywhere while staying tightly connected to a high-performance, fast-moving team.
