Job Description
Reedsy Learning is our online publishing school, with over 50 courses and over 200,000 students to date. More recently, we
introduced How to Write a Novel, a masterclass to help authors complete their novel in just 3 months.
We’re looking for a Community Intern to assist the Reedsy Learning team with managing our community of writers, as well as
promoting the course and events. You will learn about community building, email outreach, influencer campaigns, and growth
marketing.

Job Description Your role is to assist the Reedsy Talent team in hiring a few high-impact employees each year. We’ll look not only for the most talented but also the ones who understand the purpose of Reedsy. We take our time and carefully select every new Reedsian — "hire fast, fire fast" is not our model. * Review applications for open roles and fast-track top ones; * Seek out passive talent; * Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; * Identify alternative strategies to attract new talent; and * Work with our Talent team to create and develop a great candidate experience. REQUIREMENTS * Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources practices; * Analytical mind; * Eye for detail to find the perfect match for the team; * Autonomous way of working and motivation to familiarise yourself with new topics; * Strong writing skills and native-level English speaker. * Availability to work full-time for 6 months Bonus Points * Previous experience in screening candidates; * Understanding of marketing and technical profiles; * Experience with tech platforms available for recruiting; * A good dose of ambition, a willingness to learn, and a great sense of humor. Job Description Your role is to assist our Community Managers and help grow Reedsy's supply of professionals (editors, designers, marketers, etc), build relationships and optimize conversion. You will: * Execute on our current outreach strategy, including: lead generation, A/B testing, email campaigns, replying to leads, and recording campaign performance; * Develop new growth avenues for freelancer acquisition, improve our processes and conversion (increase in the number of submitted and/or approved applications); * Review applications and select appropriate professionals according to our predefined criteria; and * Onboard new professionals. REQUIREMENTS * Analytical mind; * Experience automating and scaling outreach; * Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools; * Great understanding of onboarding and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques; * Customer support experience (Intercom, Crisp, Zendesk, etc.). * Entrepreneurial minded. * Strong writing skills. * Native-level English speaker. * Availability to work full-time (at least 35 hours per week) for 6 months. Job description A full-time internship where you will take a hands-on role in executing Reedsy’s content marketing strategy, with a focus on creating blog content to acquire leads. You will learn and action the marketing team’s proven approach for: * Keyword research: determining what topics and keywords to attack; * Content creation: how to write a best-in-class blog post that blows the competition out of the water; * Content promotion: getting eyeballs and clicks; * Working efficiently in a flexible, independent, remote environment. In short, if you have an interest in startup culture and want to learn SEO, content marketing and lead generation, then this is your perfect role. REQUIREMENTS * Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and GEO; * Native-level English speaker; * A proven writing background (i.e. blogs, essays); * Can communicate ideas clearly and succinctly through writing; * Strong attention to detail; * Availability to work full-time (at least 35 hours per week) for 6 months.
