The Developer Relations team at Roblox is looking for new team members for our ever-growing International Developer Engagement
Team. We're looking for someone who is passionate about Roblox and growing our global Creator Events Program.
This is a part-time contract position and can be remotely based anywhere in the UK.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless
otherwise noted).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on understanding issues and critical thinking, alongside the essential qualities required for exceptional customer support. As a contractor of this team, you will play a crucial link between Roblox and its developer community. You will: * Assist in resolving creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies. * Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up. * Dedicate up to 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability (on-call or scheduled as business needs require). You have: * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrates endless patience and a positive attitude. * Capable of managing time effectively. * In-depth understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community. * Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio. * Experience developing on Roblox and/or other creation platforms. OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Technical Authority (TA) to provide senior technical leadership on large, multi‑disciplinary Communications engineering programmes. This is a highly visible, client‑facing role, suited to an accomplished technical leader who enjoys shaping innovative products and services from concept through to delivery. Our projects are complex, technically challenging and commercially significant. You will lead and inspire expert engineering teams, work closely with programme managers and act as a trusted technical partner to clients. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll be working on high-impact, high‑value programmes (typically £10M+), leading multi‑disciplinary teams of 15+ engineers and specialists with significant levels of client engagement and technical innovation.
