About the Role
InMarket is building out its FP&A function. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Business Analyst will own financial planning and
analysis for one of InMarket's three business lines: Audiences, Activation, or Measurement.
Your focus is to uncover the why behind the numbers. You'll move beyond surface reporting to diagnose what's driving performance,
illuminate patterns, and deliver a decisive point on what the data signals and which questions leadership should be asking. You'll
equip business line leadership with the data, analysis, and recommendations they need to act decisively.
This role demands AI fluency, with a demonstrated ability to build and automate using AI as an integral part of your daily
workflow. Candidates who lack this capability will not advance, however compelling the remainder of their background may be.

Compensation & Benefits
For candidates in California, Colorado, New York City, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, and Massachusetts, the targeted
Base Salary Range for this role is $150,000 — $225,000.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, work experience, specialized skills and training,
performance in the role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

JOB SUMMARY: The Lead FP&A Analyst serves as a strategic finance partner responsible for supporting enterprise financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, business performance analysis, and executive decision- making. This role partners closely with senior leaders across Finance and Operations to provide meaningful financial insights, improve forecasting accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and drive profitable growth. The Lead FP&A Analyst plays a key role in developing financial models, enhancing reporting capabilities, improving planning processes, and supporting strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, and long-range planning. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze monthly P&L financial results and prepare executive-level variance analysis identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities. * Approve scope and project setup to ensure proper alignment with client contractual agreements * Run revenue recognition for select business units and calculate monthly rebates for specific clients * Develop and maintain complex financial models supporting strategic planning, revenue forecasting, * profitability analysis, and scenario planning. * Calculates monthly commissions owed to sales reps * Partner with department leaders to develop budgets, monitor spending, and provide financial * guidance to support business objectives. * Assist the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles across assigned business * units. * Prepare recurring executive reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership * and Board-level discussions. * Monitor financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable * recommendations to improve business results. * Support month-end close through analysis of revenue, operating expenses, accruals, and forecast * updates. * Prepares client and project level reconciliations and reviews billable/non-billable expenses * Partner with Accounting to ensure financial reporting accuracy and consistency between actual * results and forecasts. * Assist with mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, audits, integration activities, and other strategic * corporate initiatives. * Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency * & automation, and financial transparency. * Manages PowerBi dashboard including quarterly budget uploads and data validation * Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as requested. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field * MBA or CPA preferred. * 6–8+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance. * Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills. * Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including complex modeling and scenario analysis. * Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred), financial planning tools, project management * tools (Workfront preferred), and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI. * Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements and budgeting principles. * Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate financial information * into business insights. * Knowledgeable in AI related tools and experience using them to increase efficiencies * Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. * Experience supporting high-growth, professional services, healthcare, marketing agency, or * technology organizations preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced * environment. Job Description: This role is remote; candidates can sit anywhere in the US as long as they are ok to work east coast hours. The Technical Analyst will work directly with the Tech Developers and Business Team to implement and support technical solutions to meet organizational objectives. The Tech Analyst will assist the Product Team with prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system changes and researching new tools in alignment with industry trends. The position will develop, analyze and amend technical specifications for delivery to the development team. The Analyst will address and (working with the developers) solution any relevant problems or roadblocks and ensure high levels of performance and security. The position will report directly to the Technical Manager. The candidate will need to be able to make progress in a fast-paced environment with little oversight. General: Strong verbal/written communication & facilitation skills. Must be able to help business counterparts in finding optimal solutions and to communicate clearly with peers. Coordinate and assist the Development Team with application support (quarterly releases, defects, change management). Key Responsibilities: Media Agency Coordination & Governance * Engage our media agencies to ensure their day-to-day work is flawless and lead monthly/quarterly project management to ensure all agency deliverables are reported correctly and on time and spend is validated against invoices. . * Project Tracking : Manage work streams related to staffing, financial accountability, and agency quality including budget forecasting for projects and PO requests * Compliance & Audits: Coordinate bi-annual compliance checks across regions (NA/EMEA) and organize documentation for Global Procurement Organization (GPO) or audit requests. * Governance Maintenance: Update agency governance pillars, including links, resources, and policies to ensure they are current for all stakeholders. * Stakeholder Communication: Prepare presentations for senior management and monitor PMM feedback scores, escalating unaddressed issues. * Agency Management: Lead core work streams to understand media performance by campaign size and tiering to shape overall Media Operations strategy. Media Analyst * Play a pivotal role in supporting the global media team through business analysis of our forecasted and actual spend data. Understanding when a new data set appears and how to move from forecast, planned, and actual spend changes the nature of how we report. * Media Spend Dashboards: Maintain and optimize dashboards of key reporting stats for executive leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure forecasting accuracy. * Business Analysis: Analyze forecasted vs. actual spend data and develop narratives explaining how reporting shifts across forecast, planned, and actual phases. * Reporting Supplements: Work with large publishers to supplement missing data in reporting when necessary. * Create compelling data narratives that tell the story behind the numbers. * Access, query, and extract data from various internal data sources, including relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), data warehouses, APIs, and spreadsheets. * Develop and optimize SQL queries to retrieve specific datasets for analysis. * Translate business questions into analytical problems and develop appropriate solutions. * Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and discrepancies. Knowledge, Skills + Experience * 2-3 years within a marketing discipline (media agency or client-side) with specific experience in media, marketing, and advertising technology. * Technical Proficiency: SQL skills for extracting data from multiple sources; superior Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with BigQuery, Google Cloud, and ETL processes. * Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems and create compelling data narratives. * Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to cross-functional teams and senior management. * Operational Excellence: Detail-oriented self-starter with a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and demonstrated problem-solving skills. * Bonus: Programming experience (Python, Javascript, App Script) is a plus. #LI-AF1
