Summary
Brave is looking for a talented Sr. Ad Sales Director with demonstrated success in selling Advertising campaigns in a Search or
Browser environment. Two years ago we launched Brave Search Ads in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and
Germany. Today search advertising clicks on Brave’s independent and privacy-preserving search engine have grown by 15x in the past
year alongside organic search query growth of 80% (656 million in January to 1.19 billion in December).
Today, Brave partners with more than half of the top 25 paid search buyers globally, including, but not limited to Amazon, B&H
Photo, Booking.com, Stubhub and Wayfair. In this role, you will help bring existing clients and new advertisers to Brave Search
Ads and foster ongoing relationships with new advertisers. You will fast-track Brave’s revenue and growth by adding to our base of
clients and increasing our Ad revenue across the US, Canada, UK, France or Germany.
● Bring qualified advertising clients and convert them to Brave and find new clients to grow Brave revenue.
● Communicate business cases and create value proposals for potential customers and drive the client acceptance.
● Foster relationships, and lead discussions and negotiations with partners from C-level execs to key functional leads
● Own, maintain, and develop a pipeline of potential advertiser leads.
● Work cross-functionally with all departments as needed as we develop and onboard partners
Requirements
● Experience working in an Ad sales environment.
● Demonstrated success in selling Search related campaigns and able to produce existing clients to give positive review of your
services
● Highly organized in managing all aspects of client service
● Experienced in executive-level presentations, both internally and externally
● 7+ years of business experience, but more preferred
● We are considering candidates who reside in US, Canada, UK, Germany or France

About the Position As an Area Sales Director, you will be part of a team of 7 people within the Professional business area, focusing on Law Enforcement, i.e., Police and Military. You will develop, nurture, and be responsible for our relationships with customers, end users, agents, distributors, and other partners in each market/country. Contract negotiations with authorities occur continuously. Duties and Responsibilities: Sales and budget responsibility for your markets/countries. Responsibility for distributors, agents, and other partners within assigned regions. Processing of potential customers. Responding to inquiries from customers, representatives, and distributors, as well as receiving customer orders and handling service cases. Training distributors and their salespeople in Aimpoint’s products. Arranging shooting training/demonstrations together with Aimpoint’s Training Manager. Participating in national and international fairs/events together with distributors. Visiting existing and potential retailers and agents together with distributors. The position is based at Aimpoint’s office in Malmö, but working at sales with us involves a lot of traveling and a varied workday with many international trips. You will visit your agents and distributors regularly, and your role is estimated to involve approximately 80–120 travel days per year, internationally. You will work closely with our Training Manager, Marketing and your team colleagues. You will report to the Director of Professional Sales. Qualifications We are looking for someone who thrives in situations where you can use your strong internal drive and ability to make progress, even when you don’t have all the answers. As this role involves significant internal and external contacts, it requires strong communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships. You are disciplined and organized—understanding the importance of planning and documenting your work, while also being able to work ad hoc when required. You are fearless yet realistic, confident in yourself, and able to prioritize your time on activities that drive the business forward. Requirements: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; a third language is highly meritorious. Enjoys a job involving travel. Driver’s license. This role serves as a key bridge between commercial teams, clinical scientists, and genetic counselors to ensure accurate and compelling communication with clinicians, embryologists, and patients. The Browser AI team are building core browser features, and exploring new ideas about how the personal nature of the browser can help create the best AI experience for research and creative tasks. We’re looking for a new team member capable of iterating these ideas and creating beautiful user experiences for these features. UI engineers will often work with other engineers to create the end-to-end features, or develop the skills necessary to implement the entire feature themselves. Brave has an exciting UI engineering culture. We share knowledge and patterns across both teams and disciplines, overlapping closely with designers. We work with internal design systems, multiple UI frameworks, and make effective decisions on these features as a team. This role is at an exciting intersection between web UI, web browser internals, and AI possibilities. This means that new needs can emerge on short notice, and projects are often re-mixed and adjusted in response to new input. Many engineers in this role at Brave start from a frontend or full-stack background and grow into browser-level C++ feature work over time. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Implementing browser-integrated Web UI (e.g. AI conversations, browser settings, new tab page) using Typescript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS with React as well as other frameworks such as Web Components, Svelte and Lit * Working with our product development team to collaborate on designs and specs and bring them to life on Brave’s desktop and mobile browsers * Integrating with custom browser APIs using Chromium’s communications frameworks. * Helping to customize the native UI provided by Chromium to add new product features and modify existing features.
